2015 F150 XLT purchase

I have purchased several vehicles through Laird Noller Automotive through the years. This vehicle purchase as well as the previous ones were excellent experiences. I am always raving about their service and their sales department, I realize my vehicle for transportation of people back and forth. So I depend on it a lot and therefore I depend on Laird Noller Automotive to keep my vehicle in tip top shape which they have always done. Thank you to everyone that Laird Noller Hyundai hard work and getting me into my brand new 2015 Ford F 150 XLT SuperCrew.

Chevy truck service

timely, convenient and thorough, Alex is a very friendly and knowledgeable service writer and I always look forward to dealing with all the folks at Noller Hyundai service. Jessica Lund, Danny Dolar have always been very helpful as well. They have a great team in service!

Excellent Service, again and again!

The service team here has always taken good care of me and my vehicle. Between getting an appointment just when I need it, and my vehicle being ready ahead of schedule, they always get it done quick and right the first time. I've been coming here for over 6 years to have my Hyundai serviced and not one bad experience!

Excellent Service

I purchased a new Hyundai from another dealership in the Kansas City area. However, scheduled the first oil change with Jessica - the service was provided at no charge. I will continue to have my car serviced with Jessica and her team. Thank you for friendly and excellent service.

Hyundai service visit Oct. 29

Thanks for getting me into the shop on short notice and fixing my car after after a wood rat chewed several wires. You even got me a breakfast sandwich. Thanks Jessica and Alex, the mechanic, and the other service manager who brought the sandwich. You all turned a lousy day into the sunshine for me. Ed

Great as Always

These guys always do a great job on my car, and they're always expedient, friendly, and thorough. They even had candy for my child, which was a plus (until she began bouncing off the walls ten minutes after eating it). ;)

Amazing!!!

You could say I am at this shop literally almost every couple of months, trying to keep my car going. Whether it be for something simple or major but these people are really great to work with and they will take really good care of you. Went in for a routine oil change and found out that my car was leaking transmission fluid, the rear main seal had gone bad. Freaking out, what else could happen now. Every time there is a problem, Danny always takes the time to explain and show me what is happening with the car. He even takes the time to debate with you, on whether you should trade it in or keep it. In wanting to keep this car, I decided to fix the issue, Alex gave me a quote of what everything would cost. Not having the funds at the time, it was suggested to bring the car in and have the transmission fluid checked, to hopefully prevent any other damages. Finally, took the car in for the repair and when I picked it up, Alex took the time to review what all had been done and said that one of my favorite mechanics Shane Sharp had done his handy work to fix the car. Driving my car home everything was so smoothed, Shane knows what he is doing. Can't thank you guys enough for all of your patience and hard work. You are all really AMAZING!!! Thank You.
