We had to bring our car in several times for a transmission issue. Each time the service department was very helpful and patient in explaining the issue. If we weren't moving, we would bring our car here again if it had any more troubles.

LARID NOLLER is always my first choice for vehicle service. They offer great service at a fair price. Jessica Lund consistently courteous and is a large part of why I like choose LN.

The service department is perhaps the main reason why I would consider buying another Ford product and from this dealer. I appreciate the courtesy and generally prompt and professional responses from the service personnel. A few years ago, I had some serious problems with this service department (misplaced service orders, installation of the wrong parts, etc.), but I think those problems have been rectified and I have no qualms about taking my older truck in for maintenance. They have kept the truck running in fine order, and I'm happy with the results and happy with the service technicians.

Everyone in the service area has been so amazingly helpful with all of my concerns. Jessica and Danny have handled my various service requests and have been so professional and accommodating that I don't take my car anywhere else anymore. I will continue to recommend this dealership to anyone in Lawrence. They always make sure I understand what was wrong, and also go above and beyond by inspecting and washing the car every time! My only regret is that I wish I had gone through this dealership for my original purchase and not just for service work. Laird Noller Hyundai has some of the best customer service practices I've seen in a long time.

I have not been disappointed with the service center at Laird Noller Automotive. The guys in the service department are very professional and take their time in explaining any problems. I like also that they give you their personal recommendations on if potential problem areas need to be fixed right away or if you can wait.
