Another mistake

We brought our explorer in for a recall related service and had also asked for the oil change/tire rotation to be completed. This is the second time in a row that they FORGOT to do the oil change/tire rotation. It is difficult for us to coordinate everything - work, kids sports events - and find time to get the vehicle dropped off and picked up. Now we have to find a way to do it again.

Joey spoke to Alan and has offered to send someone to pick up the vehicle from your home, bring it in for the service and return it to you. Great salesman experience

Went looking for a new car and stopped at Laird Noller, it was the best experience. Went to other dealerships and they could not compare to the friendliness I received . Tony Sanders did a great job letting me know about all the vehicles and answering all my questions. He turned a nervous me into a fun wonderful experience. I love my Nissan Murano. Thanks Tony

Very Solid

Very solid experience with Laird Noller and no issues with the car so far. Obviously I hope they continue to assist me throughout the entire process with any other issues that may arise concerning the vehicle.

oil change

Driving by several other "quick" oil change locations I saw that my the oil change that I needed wasn't going to be "Jiffy"....so I thought I would try the Fastlane at Laird Noller. I was pleasantly surprised. Fast, friendly service at a reasonable price with a clean and comfortable waiting area. I will be back. Thanks Laird Noller.

Great service as usual.

The service is always great. The service department is full of great personalities who really care about your satisfaction. I always bring my car here even though I live in Kansas City, MO.

hassle free

Alex was knowledgeable and made my car buying experience easy and painless. I'm happy with the car and the price was fair. I went in to discuss lease end options and to get an oil change, but left wroth a new car instead! They really listened to my needs and my budget.

Easy in, easy out

Alex was very helpful and did a great job of communicating my service schedule and helping me get to and from work easily. We take our Hyundai there regularly and have had similar experiences. While getting milestone service (60 K miles) on our car, Alex and the staff also took care of two recalls, saving us from having to come back at a later date. The courtesy drivers who got me to work and back to pick up my car were also timely and friendly.

They work really hard to give great service. Fit me in very early in the morning and got me out quickly. Really appreciated this given my busy schedule.

I Trust What These Guys Tell Me My Car Needs

I pay my bill feeling like I only paid for what my car needed repaired that day. They get me a rental and their shuttle service is a plus!

Love my Explorer!

I have been talking to Sean off and on regarding a new car purchase for at least the past year and a half. Within that time period, he did not pressure me to buy a car, but patiently let me think and eventually decide on what type of car I wanted. He is very knowledgeable regarding the car's features, and very tech savvy. If you need a new FORD, (and let's face it, who doesn't?) Sean is your guy!
