Overall good service. There was some confusion in getting the service scheduled. Once I got there the service went pretty well all things considered. We had to wait for the part to come in.

Salesman Mike Brady was not pushy, and allowed us to take out time. He was very helpful. Every experience we have had with Laird Noller has been positive. We will give them our business again.

I didn't receive a phone call about the results of the diagnosis of the problem. I called service and asked for the results, because it was getting close to 5pm and I needed to make arrangements for picking up my car. Other than the call, I thought your service was great and that is why I keep coming back.

My Daughter was looking to establish her own credit, and was looking to by a used car. After she had called and inquired about a vehicle, gave her information and was told she could get into something around her price range. We get there and she test drove the car and was excited, only to be told that her payments were going to go up and she needed a co-signer! After the disappointment I seen on her face, I called Tony, he said come on over and I will get her into something. No sooner did we get there, he showed her a GREAT car, NO co-signer, and in her price range, took her trade in AND had her ready to go in her new car!
