Purchased Used Truck

Really very straight forward deal without games, which I appreciated. Sean had an excellent working knowledge of the vehicles and explained everything in great detail during the test drive and initial consideration of the various vehicles. Told him what I was interested in and my requirements for making the purchase. He provided exactly what I wanted with a fair price. Enjoyable experience.

Oil change/tire rotation

Very friendly. I was in and out in 25 minutes. I went in for my first oil change and tire rotation that was included in the purchase of my vehicle.

Good Service and pleasant people

Fast Service---Great for out-of-towners. The length of time for the oil change was very good and the rep (Tyler) is good with people.

Oil Change

Just a comment: I prefer the older printout listing service, parts,and labor that detailed EACH price charged for each item - rather than the new booklet, which lists the total price. Also would like to receive a printout of the rewards earned and used during every service appt.

Dealt with the BEST customer service guy on your staff

Sought out Josh Hoke to find me a good used car for my daughter in St.Louis. He was diligent and pursued the task with great enthusiasm and focus. We had a couple of rode-blocks to get around but he stayed with the task all the way. He communicated with me and kept me in the loop and we were successful. Josh is an empathetic and valuable member of the Laird Noller team. Not only do I trust him implicitly, but I will seek him, and only him, out for my next auto purchase.
