Excellent experience!
I bought a new 2015 Mazda CX-9 from this dealership and it was the easiest experience I've ever had buying a car. Josh Hoke was very friendly, helpful but not overbearing at all. I can say that he went above and beyond for us!! All around a great dealership to buy a car. Right price, very helpful staff, and love my new car. Thanks for all your help Josh!

new belt
The service team at Laird Noller was able to locate and repair the squeaking noise that my truck was making. They were able to get the parts and repair the belts that day. The only frustrating thing was that the squeak started after a previous repair at Laird and I still had to pay full price for the new parts and labor. But, they fixed the squeak.

Oil Change & Tire Rotation
Prompt attention given to me the minute I drove up. Was told oil change and tire rotation would take about an hour. Sixty minutes later all was done. Went through multi point inspection and was on my way. Will be back.

Totally worth it!
Tyler is always professional and knowledgeable. He explains what services are going to be preformed when you check in and lets you know of any recommendations, such as tire rotations He does not pressure you to get additional services. Instead, her educates you on services he recommends and lets you, as the customer, make the informed decision. I really appropriate his great customer service.

Faith Restored
I have had the issue with my air bag light being on since I purchased my car in 2007. I had brought it in to the dealership several times and was told nothing was wrong and all that was done was the computer was reset and days later the light would come back on. With the recent recall I thought my problem would be resolved, but alas it was not. The recall was not causing my particular problem. When the cause was identify I was told it would cost me out of pocket. Not happy. Jessica went above and beyond to get this issue resolved for me and at no cost to myself. Because of her perseverance my next car will also be a Hyundai.
