Great experience overall!
Even though this particular trip ended up being more expensive than expected (I came in for an oil change but had a bubble in my tire that required at least one new tire and I ended up deciding to get a full set), I felt that Jessica was thorough in explaining what was wrong with my vehicle and in helping me choose replacement tires.

Answers all questions
When I bought my new Escape, Jerry Hall answered all my questions thoroughly. He went over all the technology aspects at least 3 times because I am not technology savy. He was so kind and patient.
