RUN, don't walk to Laird Noller Automotive to BUY your car!

In my sixties now, I've bought several vehicles in my life. But I've never had such a pleasant and stress free car buying experience. Every person that I dealt with was professional and intelligent. I was amazed at how quickly the entire transaction happened! IAN KAISER won me over with his smile. But seriously, he knows what he's doing and was able to find me the exact vehicle I was looking for. Ian answered my questions quickly and accurately. Scott Teenor in Management, and Jeff Kirwan in Finance were Rock Stars! I'd recommend this dealership to anyone and I will buy from them in the future. Don't waste your time going anywhere else.

Absolutely terrific

Just moved to Lawrence from the East Coast. I thought I'd never find the kind of excellent service I received from Jeff Plitt of Lucas Ford in Southold, NY. But after my fist experience here at Laird Noller with Tyler Agler I think I've found my new automotive home. I've never owned any car but a Ford. And now I never will.

Totally awesome buying experience.

Josh was a great salesman to work with, he was helpful but not pushy. He is super nice guy and I enjoyed working with him Jeff Kirwan did an excellent job with financing the vehicle and worked well with me. I would highly recommend Laird Noller Hyundai.

Exceptional purchasing experience!

I want to say that I truly enjoyed my truck buying experience at Laird Noller Auto. It was a wonderfully relaxed and no-pressure environment. Working with Josh Hoke via email, phone, and in person regarding the truck I was interested in was quick, easy, and very helpful. He was fantastic to work with and extremely knowledgeable. I live 4 hours away, so our email and phone communication played a crucial part in my decision to drive to the dealership for a test drive. From the time I arrived until the time I drove off in my new truck, I was treated like family. Alex Marfise was awesome to work with as well. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. Josh and Alex made buying my new truck so simple and easy. I drove off the lot feeling fantastic. I got exactly what I wanted at an exceptional price. No buyers remorse here. The only issue I have now is that I want to go for a drive in my new truck and have nowhere to go. They made my truck buying experience so easy. Laird Noller will be the first place I go if I ever need another vehicle.

good experience

Staff was very knowledgeable and helpful. Plenty of assistance and no pressure. Purchasing a new vehicle is always stressful, even when things go smoothly, especially if a trade-in and financing are involved. Alex, Rick, and Jon made it about as easy as it can be.

first oil change

Friday I went in for my first oil change after buying my car back in December and it could not have been a better experience. My wonderful salesman, Alex Alvarado, came out to meet me and welcome me back with a friendly smile. He even proceeded to walk me to service, cause I was a little nervous it being my first time in service at any dealership, but my salesman and my service advisor, jessica lund, made the experience very enjoyable. Thank you so much Lair Noller Hyundai! !!!
