We looked at a bunch of cars and he was able to give me accurate answers on financing pretty quickly. He was professional and friendly. Jeff Kirwan walked me through the financing--and i've gotta tell you--extraordinarily better than my last car buying experience. He explained everything simply and didn't rush through the process. He made sure I understood all the fine print. Overall great experience.
