Great Experience and Selection

When looking to purchase a new vehicle, we came across a slightly used Mazda3 i Touring with all the upgrades on Laird Noller's website. This vehicle made it worth a drive from KC to Lawrence and our search stopped there. The level of service and the excellent condition of the vehicle made our decision easy. Jerry listened to what we were looking for and worked very hard to get us set up the perfect vehicle for our needs at a good price.

Excellent experience purchasing a slightly used vehicle

My wife had a 2007 Nissan Murano with 140,000 miles that she wanted to trade-in for a slightly used SUV in February. We looked at several different SUV options including the Ford Escape, Ford Edge, Hyundai Santa Fe, and the Hyundai Tucson. We decided on a Certified Pre-Owned 2014 Hyundai Tucson with only 17,000 miles. The reason behind selecting this dealership and vehicle was based on a previous purchase of a used 2012 Certified Pre-Owned Hyundai Accent for my daughter this January. Alex Alvarado and Rick Wright provided a very stress free and informative environment to help our family decide on a newer vehicle. In fact, it was one of the best car purchasing experiences in over 35 years. We also had the opportunity to meet Danny Dolar and Jessica Lund in their service department, Jeff Kirwan and Jonathan Riedel in Finance, along with Dale Kite and Cody Reich in Management. Very good experience

Very thorough explaning the financing and warranty options. Took time to listen and was not high pressured as many sales people can be. All involved in the sale were very friendly and when looking for my next purchase will definately begin with this dealership.

Pleasant Experience

When I needed to purchase a used car, my wife insisted that we start our search at Laird-Noller in Lawrence because of her prior experience there. The selection was great. Mr. Colamarino was patient and helpful. After the sale, when I discovered that an SD card --- necessary to operate the navigation feature of the 2012 Ford Focus we bought --- was missing, Mr. Colamarino mailed one to me right away.

Prepared and easy to work with

Alex Alvarado was prepared and willing to work with us and our 2 year old. He has patience and was well versed in his brand. He understood our needs and worked to get us the vehicle we wanted. Rick Wright was an excellent manager, understanding what our ultimate goal was and did not waste our time. He was quick to answer questions and was willing to work hard to make things work for us.

We purchased a used 2007 Buick Rendezvous

We have not purchased a vehicle for 12 years. Mr. Cooper was very helpful in the buying process. He was understood our needs and worked hard to make things work for us. We made new friends at Laird Noller -- that was very special.

Fun & easy

Compared to other dealerships I've been to, this experience was so fun and so much easier than I was used to. They did everything to make the process as smooth and possible, including getting me the exact vehicle I wanted, and also were very friendly and fun to work with.

bringing honesty back to sales....

Jerry Hall was our sales rep and he was by far the easiest person I have worked with in buying a new vehicle. They did not waste my time with offers they knew would not work for me...

Great service!!

Alex was a HUGE help! He was able to find us a car that meet all our wants in our budget ! He was also easy to get a hold of and answered any question we had even after hours via text. We will buy from him again! He was great with our son as well.

Very helpful

We went into the dealership to purchase a 2014 f-150. after speaking with Andrew we test drove a 2015 and loved it. My sales person Andrew Aitken was very helpful and saved us money by suggesting that we lease instead of purchase a new truck.
