Told Alex what I was looking for and within a week he called with exactly the car I wanted. Great condition and I think a very fair price. Jon Riedel was also very pleasant to work with. It was worth driving 40 miles to do business with this dealer.

My best buying experience to ever!!!
Late in the afternoon, through the use of TrueCar, I was directed to the Laird Noller dealership. Almost immediately I had a response from Josh Hoke that he was looking for a vehicle that matched my preferences. By the next morning he had located a vehicle at a great price. When I asked for a different color, he was quickly able to find the exact car I wanted, for the same great price. Working out my trade details was equally simple and hassle free via e-mail. When I arrived at the dealership the following day, the car was ready, and the test drive and paperwork were completed in minimal time. Thanks again Josh for coming in on your day off!

Extremely patient
I worked with Sean for almost a month trying to find the SUV that fit my needs and stayed within my budget. Even thought I changed my mind several times, Sean was extremely patient with me. Superior service at economical price.
Staff are always friendly and kind. They seem to get my car in quickly and out in a reasonable amount of time. I am always amazed that people remember my name and they smile when they see me. Great customer service!
Josh was great to work with ordering my F350. He goes above and beyond to ensure the customer is happy with their purchase. The rest of the staff was also great throughout the process. They explained everything and did not hover over you to buy something. Would buy from this dealership in the future and recommend friends and family.

Both John Colamarino and Jonathan Riedel were very nice to deal with. Thanks also to Scott Teenor. We are so happy with the car we found and with the service we were provided. In the morning we didn't believe we can get all this sorted in only one day, considering we just moved here from Europe. We trust there will be no problems with this dealer if we ever experience problems with the car.

Everyone in service is so nice and helpful but unfortunately the problem with my vehicle is still not fixed. Will try again! Just hard living 60 miles away, so not very convenient.

Great help
We brought our recently purchased used car in to look at a problem with the door on passenger side. Clearly, there had been some issues that previous owners never addresses, and. No single fix was apparent. Laird Noller's technician did a great job figuring out a way to solve the issue at no coast to us. We were concerned that this wouldn't fall under their warranty but it was never an issue. Thanks for great service and making customers feel important!
