Very professional and user friendly

Bought used car for daughter. Very pleasant experience, fair price, no pressure tactics - salesman was helpful, caring, worked hard to meet our needs. Called me when they had cars that met our desires. Had a very good experience that I would recommend to others. I've bought new cars from the dealership before and service all our cars with one of their dealerships. Glad we went back to them. Used car shopping can get a bad reputation, but our experience was all very positive.

Extremely Pleasant Experience

We didn't know buying a new car could be such a pleasant experience! Ian Kaiser helped us purchase a new Hyundai Santa Fe. Three things were determining factors in the purchase: the friendly, helpful, on-the-ball staff (especially Ian), the aggressive price (priced to sell), Ian's quick work to find the vehicle we wanted through another dealership. Way to go guys & gals!

Great experience

Buying a used car is normally not my idea of a nice way to spend my morning but the people at LairdNoller made the car buying experience painless and fun. They were very friendly and up-front and the deal was made in a low pressure atmosphere. I appreciated the way Ian Kaiser as well as his colleagues treated me. I am happy with my purchase!

As per usual, the regular maintenance of my car went very smoothly. I have absolutely no issues to report. Danny Dolar is highly competent at what he does, in my estimation!

Hyundai Service

Always have a positive experience when I take my Veloster in for service at Laird Noller Hyundai. They greet me promptly, keep me up-to-date on how my service is coming along, and let me know if any issues come up and explain them thoroughly to me. Love my Hyundai Service dept.!

Great car at a great price!

Sean Isaacs was my salesperson. He was very friendly, knowledgeable, and guided me towards the right vehicle. The management team is awesome too, including Scott Teenor. They gave me a great deal and I would recommend this dealership to anyone!

My First Brand New Vehicle

I wanted a new Ford Escape, and Josh Hoke was so helpful and I was able to get a new Escape in my price range. Josh was very quick to assist me, answer all my questions, and worked with the finance guys to help me out. Everyone at the dealership was super friendly and helpful. I love my new Escape and will definitely recommend Laird Noller Ford and Josh Hoke to everyone I know. Jeff Kirwan answered all my questions about the finance part of my buying experience. Cody Reich was very helpful and courteous when I needed assistance. Thanks to everyone at Laird Noller for making my car buying experience the best.
