Matt Bigelow is hands down a super guy to work with!

I was in the market for a 2013 Ford Explorer, I knew exactly what I wanted and Matt helped me find exactly what I wanted! Matt went above and beyond working to find what I needed; nights/weekends until we found it! Matt's integrity speaks volumes and you know you are getting a good/fair deal when you work with him. I would definitely recommend Matt Bigelow to any friends, family or coworkers looking for a new or used vehicle.

"My vehicle purchase from LairdNoller Automotive"

I purchased a car this last week from Laird Noller Ford. I was very impressed with the Salesman's (Jerry Hall's) knowledge and VERY pleased with how he listened to what I wanted in a vehicle and worked with me to identify some good vehicle possibilities. He was very professional, very informative, very knowledgeable and made me feel at ease in answering (all) of my many questions. Jerry demonstrated a true desire to assist me in finding the best vehicle purchase without any high-pressure tactics. He provided allot of good information to help guide and assist me through exploring the different vehicle possibilities. Once the right vehicle was identified, Jerry was very thorough in getting me acquainted with all aspects of the vehicle. This is the way a car buying experience should be - I couldn't be more pleased! Thanks!!

My review of Laird Noller Automotive:

I had a great buying experience with Mr. Kaiser and Mr. Reich. They were very friendly and patient with me. I asked a lot of questions about the car I wanted to purchase and the extended warranty. This is the 4th new car I have purchased from Laird Noller. I keep coming back because I am always treated with respect and feel I always get a great trade in .

2009 Ford F150 Platinum Service

The service department's friendliness was GREAT ! ! ! They went out of their way to help resolve the problem quickly and they kept me posted. The price of the service work was average.

Outstanding service by Josh Hoke.

Josh knew what I needed and understood my limitations of having to deal with buying a new car from my overseas location. Made my purchase very easy. I have already mentioned Josh to friends of mine and told them how easy he made our purchase. No hassle, just facts and outstanding service.

Returning customer very pleased with new 2014 Ford F150

After looking around at different dealerships at used F150's. I decided it made the most sense to purchase a new 2014 F150. My wife and I had made a decision to buy at an out of town dealership. As I was about to leave town, I checked my email and I have to say I'm glad I did. I received an email from Josh Hote which I had been corresponding with back and for with for several days. He told me that here wasn't any need to go out of town to buy a new truck for several reasons. One was that at other dealerships offering lower up front pricing are but overall will cost more in the end. He pointed out that Laird Noller was willing to offer me more money for my trade then the other dealer! That Laird Noller was going to sell me the same truck with more features including Ecoboost for almost the same price as the dealer I was planning to visit. It was an easy and quick decision to turn around and head to Laird Noller to met Josh Hote! Over the years I have owned several ford trucks and have always been very please with the dealership and the the incredible service provided by the service department. I was so glad that Josh and management were able to offer me an incredible deal that allowed me to buy my new 2014 Ford F150 XLT from my local dealership!!

Jerry Hall and Cody Reich assisted us with our purchase. Jerry's knowledge and patience far exceeded our expectation. Jerry and Cody listened and worked to find the right vehicle to meet our family's needs. Their work ethic and customer first attitude, made this experience enjoyable. First Service

I was welcomed by the service manager upon arrival at the dealership and a conversation about our experience with the Mazda CX9. Were we enjoying the new car? Were there any problems that needed attention? We are glad you chose our service department today. Josh Hoke, our salesperson, was attentive to our visit. The service was performed in a timely manner and we were on our way.

Excellent Experience

I really dislike shopping for and buying cars. My experience at Laird Noller Ford was the best experience I have ever had. I received a trade-in value close to what I had hoped. I stayed within the price range I wanted without a lot of pressure to upgrade, I received good financing and a bumper-to-bumper warranty for the life of the loan on the car. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, fun and made my experience the best experience a person could have when purchasing a car. I would definitely check out Laird Noller in Lawrence and ask for Josh Hoke!
