Alex was excellent to work with. Polite and patient. Dale Kite is excellent, as always. Jeff was expedient in finance; not pushy with add-ons.

Great and honest service.

Easy trade in and buy

Brought in a leased car that we were tired of on a whim, and knew exactly what we wanted to get. Joe took down my list of "must-haves" and brought out our car and let me test drive it. He was really knowledgeable about the car, the hybrid system, and how we would "trade in" the leased car. The whole process was easy, transparent, and streamlined. The whole staff is really easy to work with, and I didn't ever feel like there were the back-room deals going on. Just what's the best, most fair price for everyone involved and how can we help. Great customer service all around.

Great Service!

Excellent service, Quick Lane makes it easy to drop off my truck with no prior appointment and then get the service I need while I'm at work via their courtesy shuttle and it's ready to go when I'm off work. Thanks guys!

Awesome

Danny was so friendly and was not the typical car maitence guy trying to get money out of you. My car was washed for free which was awesome and I got a call telling me what was wrong with my car before I had even gotten home from dropping it off!

Pleased with LairdNoller

I originally brought my Mazda in for a problem to be fixed. The problem required a part that could not be delivered for several months, so I asked if my Mazda could be traded in for a Ford. Laird Noller gave me a good price on a new truck plus the trade-in. The staff that I worked with at Laird Noller was professional, up front and friendly. I want to thank Greg in service, Cody in Managment, Matt in Sales and Jeff in finance for helping me with the Mazda and the purchase of a new truck. I am happy with my truck.
