My parents bought an Escort from Laird Noller in 1984. My in-laws have used Laird Noller to purchase their vehicles as long as they have lived in Kansas. I now understand why! I work in Blue Springs but was looking for a car. Sean was gracious enough to meet us at Cabela's so I could have the opportunity to do the test drive. I was looking at the Durango but it wasn't ready yet so I gave the Aviator a try and loved the ride! A part was needed for the seat heater/air conditioner and Sean is ordering it for us and will let me know when it comes in so we can get it fixed. We have purchased a Mazda3 i Touring sedan after lengthy consideration of several models, leading to a choice among the Masda3, the Honda Civic, and Kia Rio and Forte, I probably would not even have considered visiting Laird Noller Automotive to look at Fords or Mazdas except that I had a previous excellent experience there when shopping for the last car we purchased (which ended up being a Honda Accord from another dealer). It was during that prior car search that I met Matt Bigelow, who did an excellent job promoting Ford products--particularly the Ford Fusion. Despite losing that sale, Matt greeted us with enthusiasm when we came back looking for a second car. Matt is a courteous and knowledgeable car salesman with enduring patience, as it was many weeks of frequent contacts between initial contact and final decision on the Mazda3. During that process we also had excellent experiences with all the members of the Laird Noller sales team with special kudos to Cody Reich and Jon Riedel. Cody made every effort to ensure that we ended up with the right deal on the car and Jon was well organized in the process of going through all the paperwork related to the purchase, giving plenty of time for us to ask questions, read over the documents and understand what we were signing. With appreciation for the quality of their service, I will definitely recommend Laird Noller Automotive to my friends and will encourage them to contact Matt Bigelow when they go there.

Matt impressed me by knowing the product. I wanted technical detail and he answered 90% of my questions with his presentation of the product, and then answered my other questions. I've come to expect that car salesmen are usually not car guys and they don't know the product as well as me, but Matt was different.
