I was very happy with my experience with Mike Smith helping me to get a different car. He let me know all the time what was going on and he was up front with me all the way. When it comes time for me to purchase another car I will differently be contacting him.

Josh and Chris are rock stars! I feel like they should have a tour bus with a bunch of groupies following them around the countryside selling cars.

Great experience

I was impressed with Sean and his efforts to find me the car I was seeking. He took the time to sit down with me and go through all of the items I wanted in my purchase. I appreciated how he kept in contact with me even as I was looking at other cars at other dealerships. He was always friendly and low pressure throughout.

TRUST AND RESPECT IS EARNED AND MIKE SMITH EARNED MINE!

AS WE PULLED UP TO THE CURB THRU THE WINDOW I SEEN A YOUNG MAN LOOKING THRU THE GLASS AND SMILING. (MY THOUGHTS WERE OHH NO ANOTHER PUSHY SALESMAN GOING TO TRY TO HUSTLE ME INTO SOMETHING I DON'T WANT FOR TOO MUCH MONEY. I WAS RAISED WITH A BAD ATTITUDE FOR SALESMEN & LAWYERS, I LEARNT A LESSON THAT WEDNESDAY.) HE MET US AT THE DOOR, HE WAS VERY RESPECTFUL, FRIENDLY, & MOST OF ALL VERY HELPFUL.AS I AM A LITTLE AGING ALONG WITH HARD OF HEARING, SLOW TO GET AROUND AND JUST PLAIN OLD HE WAS VERY PATIENT WITH ME.WE WERE TREATED WITH MUCH RESPECT.MIKE DIDN'T TRY TO SWAY ME IN ANY DIFFERENT WAYS, I HAVE OWNED OVER 40 DIFFERENT VEHICLES IN MY LIFE, I WAS A MECHANIC & SUPERINTENDENT OF THE K.C.,KANSAS POSTAL GARAGE FOR 30 YEARS.I'VE WORKED ON MANY DIFFERENT BRANDS OF CARS & OWNED JUST ABOUT ALL MAKES OF VEHICLES UNFORTUNATELY EVEN A COUPLE FORIEGN MADE VEHICLES THAT I WOULDN'T BRAG ABOUT.FORD IS MY CHOICE OF VEHICLES,MY SON WAS ALONG WITH ME THAT TRAVELED ALOT WITH HIS JOB AND HAS HAD 5 FORD'S THAT HAD 400,000 MILES ON THEM WHEN HE PARTED WAYS WITH THEM.I'VE ALWAYS JOKED THAT A CAR'S NOT EVEN BROKE IN UNTIL IT HAS 100,000 MILES ON IT. NOT ALL MANUFACTURE'S CAN ACCOMPLISH THAT LIKE FORD DOE'S. MIKE WALKED ME THRU EVERYTHING I ASKED ABOUT,GOT ME SET UP WITH A BEATIFUL FORD EDGE. TOO BAD THIS MAY BE THE LAST NEW CAR I'LL PURCHASE BUT IF I DO I WILL GET AHOLD OF MIKE WHEREVER HE'S WORKING. LIKE I SAID I WASN'T PLANNING ON BUYING A CAR THAT DAY BUT WITH MIKE'S HELP I WAS ABLE TO BE SATISFIED WITH PURCHASING THE EDGE WEDNESDAY AND NOT HAVING TO SPEND DAYS SHOPPING TO FIND A CAR,A DEALERSHIP, A SALESMAN I TRUSTEDENOUGH TO GET THE CAR I NEEDED. Sold Me on a Car Without Even Driving It

I was looking to trade my car in for an SUV. Did some research on the internet, and Laird Noller Ford was the winner. Actually I am the winner. Not only did I get a car that I wanted, but I got an amazing deal, and wonderful customer service. I did all my research over the internet. I knew I wanted this car before I even test drove it. When my husband and I got to the dealership, the car was waiting on us. Chris and Josh went over the car with us. Marc made sure all of our questions and needs were being answered and met. Finally Jeff sealed the deal, and made the paperwork process a snap. The staff at Laird Noller was fantastic. They made the whole "Buying a Car" process as easy as can be. They have definitely earned a new customer. I am already telling all my friends to give Laird Noller a call for their car buying needs. Thanks again, I LOVE my new car!

2012 Jeep

Great service, Chris Maynard is a legend in the automotive sales industry. You should lock that guy up to a multi-year contract, similar to Albert Pujols.

Great

After months of looking and hitting dead ends my wife and I decided to contact Laird Noller regarding their new Mitsubishi Outlander Sports. Upon contacting the dealership we started dealing with Josh, who was a breath of fresh air!!!! Living in Topeka and having a teething infant made it hard for us to go to the dealership and Josh was able to do most of our transaction over the phone (which is the exact opposite of what every other dealership was willing to do, they seem to always try to get you to come in person to discuss anything). Josh was GREAT to work with, he answered all our questions honestly, and at no point did I ever feel uncomfortable in the process. During our car search we found SEVERAL cars that we were ready to purchase, but when it came down to it we were not comfortable with the dealership, or the salesperson we worked with. Josh made our experience so effortless, and went the extra mile not only to earn our business, but also to secure us the best loan APR as possible and give us the most he could for our trade. After dealing with Josh in sales he passed us off to Alex in order to complete the transaction. Alex was VERY knowledgeable about everything from the finance aspect, and in the end we walked away with our brand new car feeling not only comfortable, but excited we were able to give people like Josh and Alex our business. Keep up the good work guys!!!

I enjoy working with Sean, he tells it like it is but gives you fair options.He also goes out of his way to make you feel comfortable buying a car. He asks what your looking for and finds the optios for you

A new ride for my bride

My wife and I had started our search for her first "new" car in over 20 years. Although we visited many dealers first deep down I knew we would once again pull into Laird Noller. Matt Bigelow had first responded to my internet request and his experience and demeanor when we finally met convinced us that he would be the perfect man to help us on our search. The fact that Matt is also a veteran made our relationship even more meaningful. From start to finish our experience purchasing our new Mazda was swift and easy. Matt even went out of his way to obtain our desired vehicle the same day we entered the dealership for the first time. Everyone we encountered in this sales process were friendly and professional. I know when its time for my new car Laird Noller will be my first stop.
