Test Driving

I have been looking for a new vehicle and wanted to test drive the Ford Escape Titanium. Matt Bigelow was very helpful and not pushy at all. He showed me all the features of the vehicle and answered all my questions in a very professional way. It was a great experience.

Great service!

My husband and I were both pleased with the service we received at Laird Noller. After shopping at other dealers this was definitely the best place to end up. We were pleased with the trade allowance we got for our old car, non pushy sales associates and overall atmosphere at Laird Noller.

New Car Purshase

My wife and I were looking to trade her car in for a small SUV with a towing package. Did some research on the internet via USAA car buying service and we looked at both the Ford Escape and the Toyota line of small SUV's., and Laird Noller Ford was the winner. Not only did we get the car that we wanted, but our new car buying experience was made effortless by the outstanding customer service, courtesy and professionalism of the sales team most importantly the efforts of Josh Hoke and in finance Marc Hauser. It was their wonderful customer service that really sealed the deal for us. They went out of their way to assist us staying late since we traveled from Topeka after we got off work and the car was waiting on us. Josh went over the car with us. Marc made sure all of our questions and needs were being answered and met. The entire staff we met at Laird Noller was fantastic. They made the whole "Buying a Car" process as easy as can be. They have definitely earned a new customer. We are telling all our family and friends to give Laird Noller a call for their car buying needs. Thanks again!

new escape

We recently purchased a new Ford Escape. Our salesperson was Jerry Hall. He was very friendly and helped show us all the details in operating all the options on our car. For those of us who are technologically challenged, this was a big help! We are still learning new things and are enjoying driving our new vehicle.

Two weeks in a row

After purchasing the Mazda 5 for my wife we were so impressed that I asked Matt Bigelow about the new Fusions, since mine was nearly 4 years old. Although my Fusion was in excellent shape the new look of the Fusion had me impressed. Matt offered a test drive and an opportunity to chat whenever I was ready. A week after the purchase of my wife's car Matt called me and told me of the upcoming rebate on the 2014 Fusion. I told him I would be there the next day. After a test drive and an excellent trade in offer on my car the deal was struck and now I am a proud owner of a new car from Laird Noller as well. Cannot say enough about Matt and the dealership as a whole. Professional and personal all the way.

Purchasing pre-owned 2011 Nissan Sentra

After test driving several new vehicles, I ended up at Laird Noller Hyundai because I saw online that they had a slightly used Nissan Sentra on the lot. It had the features I wanted, relatively low milage and a fair asking price. Alex Alvarando let me test drive it once by myself and again the next day with my family. We all liked the car and it was clear that it had been well maintained and recently serviced. I decided to buy it. The purchasing process was relatively painless and all the Laird Noller staff were friendly and honest. Once finished, the car got detailed and even minor paint scratches were repaired on the spot by the service department. I have had the car for just under a week now and I love it. When I buy another car in the future I will definitely consider doing it with Laird Noller.

Excellent Service

Friendly staff. Anthony answered questions very promptly, even on non-traditional work hours. Very good experience. Alex was able to get us an awesome deal on the financing. I am sure I will be going back when we are ready to buy again.
