Great experience

Very pleased with the service we received. Was looking on and off for about 2 years and never felt pressured, using the same salesman. There was no need for a bunch of haggling. Alex Marfise was very quick in processing our papers. Due to our schedule they stayed late. Being a GMC family we would highly recommend this Ford dealership and our salesman Josh Hoke.

A wonderful car buying experience.

Up to this purchase, buying a car was not the highlight of the day. But this purchase wonderful. I had been to McCarthy in Olathe, drove up to Northtown Hyundai, and talked to Bob Sight and McCarthy in Blue Springs. I was worn out. I thought that I would try one more dealer and that it should be in a small town. I talked to Anthony and told him the best price that I had gotten on a car. I also told him that I had a great car to trade-in and what I wanted for it. I said that I am not coming over there unless you can match my trade-in price and beat the new car price. He told me that he would talk to his manager and call me back in a few minutes. He called back and told me what the new car price was and that if my trade was as nice as I said it was, we could work out a deal. Pretty darn simple, easy, and quick. Don't pass this man and dealership up.

TrueCar.com purchase

My husband and I were pleased to have purchased our first "brand new" car through TrueCar.com and Laird Noller. The buying process was simple and Josh was very good in answering all of our questions. The whole staff was friendly during the buying process and we will think of them again for any future purchases.

Hopefull

I had dropped a key into the console near the emergency brake. I pulled in to ask to borrow a tool so I could take the panel off. Steve insisted his tech could get it for me and they did. No charge which is completely unheard of today. They were very friendly and polite. I will drive out of my way to have them work on my car for any future repair needs. This facility and staff is great!!!!

Sales Experience

Accessed Truecar.com. Received response from Josh immediately. Price quoted was attractive. Traded in car purchased from Josh 2 years ago. Trade in offered was increased after I asked for more. Purchasing experience was no hassle with Josh and also the business manager.
