My son and I went in to purchase his first "new" car (a 2011 Ford Mustang). Despite his relatively young age (he's still in college), he was treated with respect. He got a great price, a very good offer on this trade in, and a fantastic first car loan arranged on-site with a local credit union. We both left very happy!

I went to the Dealership due to a reference from my daughter, as Chris Maynard is a personal friend. I wanted to trade my car for a new or used model. When I first went in I looked at two cars, one of which I ended up buying. Chris was going to e-mail me copies of the estimates and did not do so. I am not sure if he did not have correct e-mail or not. He referred me over to Anthony to work with me in selecting a car. Anthony called me the next day to set up another appointment to look at a Mazda, as Chris had suggested I do so and so did my brother. There was only one Mazda that was a used one and we did not go look at new ones as I kept going back to the first Hyundai I saw due to the warranty that Hyundai has and not Mazda. I went in and we worked on getting the price negotiated. As a woman, I sometimes feel that I am not being given the best deal and I had no one to check with during my visit. I know I could have waited but Chris suggested that the same rebates might not be available come Monday. I spent about two hours at the dealership. Once we agreed on a car, I took my old car and ran errands. When I came back approximately two hours later, my car was still not ready. I waited about another thirty minutes. When I got ready to leave, Anthony had forgotten to put my license plate on my new car. Overall they were all very friendly and so far I love my new car.......due to weather conditions, I have not had it out of garage.

I just wanted to say that Josh in sales and Alex in finance were great to do business with. I had totaled a car in a terrible auto accident and had a blance left after insurance so I was in a bind. I went through the truecar.com website and they are the only dealer in the kc metro area that was participating so I figured why not give it a try. Josh asked me what model, colors and options i was looking for and found the car i wanted within a day. The truecar price was already a great deal almost $2,000 off MSRP. Then come to find out I got rebates on top of that which lowered the price even more which made it good for rolling my negative equity from my old car into the price of the new car. I had just got done being in bankruptcy for years and in October of '13 it came off my credit report and I was thinking surely I won't be able to get a good APR on a brand new car with neg equity rolled in. Boy was I surprised when Alex came back with a % rate that was a lot lower than I expected and I also got an extended warranty also for a good monthly payment that I was pleased with. I was expecting to pay ALOT more than I did. The delivery process was a breeze as well. It was delivered to me in excellent condition and Alex made signing the paperwork simple and also told me if I had any questions before I signed to give him a call. I didn't as we discussed everything prior to the delivery. I'm very pleased with this dealership and the level of service I have received. I will be recommending them to anyone who is in the market for and automobile.

I recently purchased a new Mazda from Laird Noller. My experience was outstanding. The Laird Noller team was enthusiastic, helpful and knowledgeable. I have serviced my car at this dealership for the last seven years and have always found them to be completely customer-oriented and of the highest integrity. I found my new car buying experience to be the same and highly recommend Laird Noller for your all automotive services.

Poor service!!!!

I brought my vehicle in for service at 8:30 Monday. I was told the schedule was quite full but they would try to squeeze the car in during this day. They determined the car needed two items, a hose and a brake controller module. My service advisor was Greg in Lawrence. I was quite disappointed in his work. The part was ordered but the wrong part was sent. Greg offered to take money off of the total price, but he never did. My car was in limbo for three days because of this mistake. I was not happy with Greg either. He did not give me updates on my car, I had to call the dealership and then request for him directly. I also missed work for those three days and I was not compensated. A week after I brought the car into the shop I decided to add oil in the car. I found that my dipstick was gone and it had been replaced with styrofoam. When I called to inquire about this, Greg took responsibility for this, but towards the end of the conversation he denied that this ever happened. In my opinion, Greg cost me about 2,000 with all of the delays and problems with the vehicle. I will NEVER bring another vehicle to this dealership for ANYTHING.

Robert we are sorry to hear you feel this way, unfortunately sometimes the distributor does send the wrong parts. We do have new management in the service department and would love another chance to show you how much we have improved.

Overall the best car buying experience I have ever had. Joe Kelly is an excellent salesman. No pressure and very knowledgeable. Knew exactly what cars were available and the price. Told him what we were looking for and how much we wanted to spend, and he led us right to that section of the inventory. If we had a question he couldn't answer, he was able to find someone who could. Business manager very good at explaining payments, warranties, and what those warranties included. All the people involved genuinely seemed to care about my wife and I and our wants/needs. We went in to look around and ended up buying a car. I would recommend the team of Joe Kelly, Jeff Kirwan and Jonathan Riedel to anybody looking for a car!!!

Everyone treated me very well. They were very knowledgeable about the car I was interested in and made sure that any questions I had was answered. Was the best experience I've had in purchasing a car will go back to theses guys any time in the future before I would anyone else.

Sean was very kind and helpful and had a great sense of humor. The vehicle needed a few repairs, but I fixed it on my own because service department took too long(I have a toddler and waited almost three hrs). However, Sean reimbursed me for the parts, so I am pleased . Cars good since i fixed repairs.This is our second car we've bought from Laird and would return.Hope it lasts a long time,because I love my new car!Thanks, Sean!

the experience i had with laird noller was wonderful ! i originally went there for an appt to have my car checked and repaired but came out with a new car. all the employees here are very friendly from automotive down to sales reps and the customer service was great ! even though my credit was not so good my salesman mike smith managed to get me approved within hours for a reasonable car loan for a very nice vehicle at a great price with no hassles! my overall experience with this dealership was very pleasant!
