Started my buying process with Doug Carter, looking at a few models at the 23rd and Alabama lot. Found a Suzuki SX-4 that my daughter liked. While test driving, I mentioned that I had dealt with Anthony Thompson previously, and had wanted to do so again, but that he was at the other dealer site that didn't have what we were looking for. Didn't know that I could have had Anthony come over to other site. Doug was a perfect gentleman, had us drive by the lot where Anthony was, let him know that we were buying the car and let Anthony carry the deal through. Very great teamwork! I felt no pressure to do anything I wasn't planning to and the paperwork was handled as quickly as could be, given we were there a little later in the afternoon.
