The staff is very friendly, greets me by name and lets me take all the time I need to pick out the right vehicle. Sean is very open with information and very knowledgeable about the vehicles. He does a very good job with following up on questions.

Everyone I worked with at the dealership was extremely friendly and helpful. They kept in contact with me throughout the whole process and kept me updated on the car I was buying. They answered all of my questions and gave me the best deal they could on my vehicle.

Cris was my initial contact with this dealership and he was most helpful. Sean Isaacs was the person I dealt with in actually trying out the vehicle. He was personable, knowledgeable re: the vehicle, and professional in all respects. Therefore, he was key to the final purchase. He is certainly a quality individual to have in any business.

I bought a Mitsubishi Outlander GT last week. I worked with salesman Josh Hoke and business rep Kyle Clark. They were helpful, informative and responsive. I received what I wanted for my trade, quickly. They obtained the financing I wanted. The whole process was an excellent experience, I would purchase from them again. The vehicle is exactly what I wanted. The 6cyl vehicle is rated to get 28mpg highway, after only a week of driving, it does.

Started my buying process with Doug Carter, looking at a...

Started my buying process with Doug Carter, looking at a few models at the 23rd and Alabama lot. Found a Suzuki SX-4 that my daughter liked. While test driving, I mentioned that I had dealt with Anthony Thompson previously, and had wanted to do so again, but that he was at the other dealer site that didn't have what we were looking for. Didn't know that I could have had Anthony come over to other site. Doug was a perfect gentleman, had us drive by the lot where Anthony was, let him know that we were buying the car and let Anthony carry the deal through. Very great teamwork! I felt no pressure to do anything I wasn't planning to and the paperwork was handled as quickly as could be, given we were there a little later in the afternoon. I will continue to do business with Laird Noller because of folks like Anthony and Doug! Thanks!

I had an amazing experience at this dealership, and highly recommend going to them. Everyone we worked with was polite and would do anything to make our experience what we wanted. They also did not stop crunching numbers until we got exactly what we wanted, we got a great deal! Matt Bigelo also knew a lot about the cars and could answer any questions we had. Overall, we had a very good experience!
