I worked with Chuck for the resolution of my broken front passenger window. He provided options, and scheduled for the repair / replacement to be completed. The replacement was perfect and timely. He is always upbeat and cheerful to work with. I appreciate the effort it takes to go out of your way to serve and he does this well.

We just returned from a trip to Utah and along the way
We just returned from a trip to Utah and along the way our right front passenger window was chipped. The chip spider webbed by the time we returned home. I took our envision into Holm Automotive Collision Center and worked with Chuck Loader to order a replacement. He called me back the same day and told me he had found one and we set an appointment to replace the window. When I took the Envision in for the appointment the office was very clean and organized, the work was performed and I had my Envision completed within 4 hours. Chuck is always friendly and upbeat. Every experience I have with him and with Holm Automotive is a good experience. Highly recommend this dealership and appreciate the relationship we have had for many years.

Noe was very good and friendly. He was not too pushing but checked to see what I needed. He even delivered my car 30 miles away because I didn’t have time to wait for the finance dept.
