Tri-State Nissan

This dealership is horrible after driving my new used vehicle a day I decided I really didn't like it they will not let me have my old one back. Used to be you had thirty days to change your mind. Now I see my used vehicle on their site twice the price they paid me for it and Kelly blue book says it's only worth 6500. I will never buy from them again I have six years with this car I don't like and I will never recommend or buy from them again

I had to write a review even though I didn't buy from this dealership, because this salesperson was incredible. Ultimately I didn't quite find what I was looking for, but Amanda was patient with me and happy to answer any questions I had and addressed all of my concerns. The entire staff was certainly nice and cordial, but Amanda is truly one of the shining stars here.

I bought a Nissan Rogue and had a wonderful experience. Erin Markus went through their inventory to find the exact wants for my new car. She looked at everything even different models they carried. She was very thorough with explaining the process and the parts and service for my new vechile. She even scheduled my first maintenance. This is my second time buying from Tri state and will buy from them again in the future!

Walked in the dealer just looking and found exactly what I had been looking for for over a year! They negotiated with me and I was even able to get it for a priced UNDER what I wanted to buy it for! They stayed opened after hours with me and were patient while finishing the process and everyone was super nice! They even filled my car up for me before I left with my new (to me) car!
