I brought my Titan in for service, and I needed tires. Rodney was wonderful to work with, and with his expertise and knowlege. Rodney made a phone call; to the Warranty Department, and they supported his decision and reccommndation for the tires. He got me four new tires that I wanted, and because they were a bit more than the "freebies", I was willing to pay the extra. He went out of his way to accomodate my requests as well as my needs. James was very helpful and assisted us in every way he...

James was very helpful and assisted us in every way he could. He was not pushy as some salesmen we have met. David worked with us to get us in the price range we needed to be in. Cathy was very nice & friendly in the finace department. All in all we were very pleased with the service that we received from Tri-Stte Nissan. We would highly recommend anyone to go there . The office atmosphere was comfortable and laid back. A very good experience for us.

This is our 2nd purchase at Tri-State Nissan and it is the BEST dealership around. The staff is knowledgeable, courteous and attentive. I would recommend everyone purchase their vehicles there. The staff makes you feel like part of a family. Brian Nieves was awesome to work with and I will be sure to send everyone I know that is looking to buy a car to him. I couldn't ask for better service! Even the service department is awesome! Like I said "THE BEST DEALERSHIP IN THE TRI-STATE AREA!"

My experience with Tri State has been one of complete...

My experience with Tri State has been one of complete satisfaction with all aspects of the car buying process. Besides getting a great deal; all the people there are superbly trained in their jobs and making the customer experience a great one, best of the best. I am so glad I bought a Nissan there to be part of this; all the other dealerships in Winchester left me cold comparatively, you now like they really don't care if you are there or not there. I am 64 and I have many years of car buying experiences and this one is the best and I am looking forward my future with Tri State.

This was our second purchase and even more fun than our first. DJ and David did a great job making it fun and getting us through the process as quickly as possible. I love Tristate Nissan and recommend DJ to anyone looking for a good deal and a fun car buying experience.

Daniel was wonderful, worked with us and explained the...

Daniel was wonderful, worked with us and explained the car and it's functions extremely well...we were in the dealership from 10:00am till 2:30pm, banks were slow it being a Friday...Daniel"Choo-Choo" Nelson and Kathy "Boo" Fritzges both knew I had to be to work by 3;00pm and did their best to get everything ready, car detailed and financials ready to sign. Daniel also kept us re-filled on coffee...it was a wonderful experience, the best I have had buying a new car. My sister has worked for Nissan for 22 years as their Quality Control Officer for parts in Michigan, a little bit of her goes into each and every car...now I understand what she means when she says they are all like a big family...that is how we were treated, like family. Thanks to all.

Tri-state Nissan is an awesome dealership they took care...

Tri-state Nissan is an awesome dealership they took care of all my needs and put me in the car that I wanted for the price that I wanted. Very easy to work with the salesman I worked with was DJ Lilly was one of the nicest people I have ever dealt with. He went well out of his way to get me the price I wanted on my trade and the price I wanted on the car. The finance manager Cathy Fritzges also was a pleasure to deal with got me a great rate on the car and kept my payment where I wanted it. All the extra incentives and deals that come along with the car are also great tires for life is one of the best things ever. I am now a Tri-State Nissan Customer for life. Thank You!

From the moment we stepped out of our car and Dave said "There are my people let me show you a car!" to Cathy's attention to detail and her commitment to staying past closing time we knew this was a dealership we wanted to work with! Everyone we dealt with was friendly, professional and honest! We absolutely love our new Nissan Maxima!

From the time we pulled on to the lot to leaving with our...

From the time we pulled on to the lot to leaving with our new car, the experience was great. Steve (Palmer) met us on the lot with a smile and hand shake and answered all our questions. After our test drive with him we sat down to do our pre-qualify with David (Vincent) quite a character I may add, great attitude :) and then our paper work where everything went like clock work. Jeremy did our financing and was great too. What I liked was when we told them we travel 203 miles a day and get up very early, they were more the willing to get us on our way, Thank-you for a great service and attitude in doing your jobs.
