They used to pick up for service, that changed due to me being outside their service pickup. I received a call the night before to tell me this. The service rep must have had a bad day, unfortunately that sits with me. I now go elsewhere. They were really good and it was a shame that she had an attitude. I guess my money and time was not of any concern to her.

Purchased an Escape 3 years ago and since Ford is not building anymore, we thought we would get a new one since this might be the last car purchased. Let's get what we want. Looking for another Plug-In Hybrid with our requests, like looking for a needle in a haystack. Never found, although Alex did everything possible. We are keeping our current one and the excellent service department will keep it going for many years to come. Buy and service here. Used both service and sales.

Tom Cassera, Joe DeGiorgi, and the overall team were nothing short of professional, honest, and respectful -- words not often linked to automotive dealerships. I bought a used vehicle that was highly sought after both locally and nationally. During and through the sales process, they honored every word they said to me, and delivered a fantastic buying experience -- not to mention an excellent car. I have one additional item that they owe me from a repair perspective, and I am already set up to have it serviced. Century Ford of Mt. Airy has my highest recommendations.

We were leaving the Milwaukee area at 3:00AM to get to Baltimore for our daughter's wedding weekend. The weekend called for rain so last minute we tossed a large umbrella into the back of our new Ford Maverick. Unfortunately, in the dark we did not know the umbrella had rolled out and into the crevasse of the tailgate. When my husband went to close the gate, the umbrella jammed it and bent the hinge. He was able to force it closed. When we stopped in OH for a pit stop and food, we were not able to open the tailgate! We were carrying dresses, suits, shoes, decorations, etc. for the big weekend! We needed to be able to get the tailgate opened! We called a dealership in Baltimore, but their service dept was only open till 3:00 and we wouldn't be there by then. They gave me the number for Century Ford in Mt Airy. I called the service dept and spoke with Rebecca. I told her my story and when we'd be there. They were ready and waiting for us. They helped us immediately! They fixed the hinge and got the tailgate working again. The serviceman was Rich Kyle. We were back on the road within an hour, and they did not charge us anything! They said "Go and enjoy your daughter's wedding" We were in a jam, and they could not have been nicer to us!

horrible place in my opinion i tried to buy a vehicle here i talked with Maalik and offered to put a deposit down and he refused said he was showing vehicle later that day! What here i am offering to buy it and he says maybe after someone looks at it !! he sells it and then doesn't even return a call to me and tell me !!! I called later to try and buy and the sales person did not care !!! I asked for a manager and he said he was the manager I had to call back ask for another person then ask for another manager and he didn't seem to care IN my opinion I would never get a vehicle from someone who does not care

Very bad communication with this business I made many attempts to a see the vehicle for purchase and was told it was being repaired and can not be sold until repair be completed in two days. The truck was repaired late evening a sold within 1 hour, same time as I was enquiring on the work status waiting to purchase the truck. This is a insult to serious customers who wish to make a purchase and their Communication.

I brought my car in for service, last year. I left the car at 7:30, for a recall, and was assured I would have my car by 2:30. I called the service department at 2:45 and got a recording saying someone would call me back. I ended up having to cancel a doctor's appointment and was called at 5:17 saying my car would not be ready due to a under performing battery. I told them to button it up and they advised pickup would be available at 6:30. I called the Service Manager, complained, and was told it neither would happen again. On 10/16/23, at 10:30, I had to leave a message with a problem I had. It is now 10/29/23 and I never heard back. I ended up receiving advice from a friend, which proved the problem. I will never purchase from, or bring my car in for service again. Suggest everyone stay away from this dealership. Lackluster service, at best!

Excellent Quality Service, The service I received was thorough and completely explained and provide in an extremely professional manner. My Ford Taurus required a water pump replacement on the V6 Duratec engine. This is an extremely difficult job and I would highly recommend and trust Century Ford for any similar service you might require.

Do not ever purchase a vehicle at Century Ford in Mount Airy. They sold me a vehicle with open recalls and then did not make the proper repairs. There are still open issues with this vehicle.
