I have been dealing with Younger, for over 15yrs. I purchased my last 2 cars here, and also has serviced them here. I have nothingg but good things to say about the customer service I receive each time I have to come for servicing. The emplyees, are simply helpful, kind and do what is best for your situation. So far I have never had a problem. Thanks for good customer service, which you feel sometimes is a rareity. at a lot of places.

We dealt with Wes for the purchase of a used 2011 Mercedes C-300. Wes was awesome. He was friendly, left me alone to make our own decision. No high pressure or xx. I dealt with 4 dealerships and his kindness, trust and allowing us to make our own decision made me go with this dealership. As per my usual experience, upon taking my car in for service my loaner is always ready to go, no wait time. The service work is always accomplished on time. The team calls you to explain what needs to be done, detail out the cost, and answer any questions you may have. Marty, Alex, Adam, and Linda are a team beyond reproach. They are professional, efficient, and knowledgable. As in most things in life, you get what you pay for and then some with this group.

Our 4Matic started shifting oddly. They took care of the problem with a completely new transmission and had the job done in 2 days. Not 2 weeks as in the old days.
