I had a great experience purchasing CPO from Mercedes Benz of Hagerstown. Barry London made the process extremely easy and smooth. He has strong technical knowledge of not just the Mercedes I bought, but also the competitor (BMW, Lexus etc) cars, so was able to illustrate clear distinctions in features. He was very helpful in getting other queries resolved, such as those related to service. I specially appreciate that Barry helped close the deal fast, respecting my time and availability. We began our Certified Pre-Owned car search "on line" and requested a test drive. We received a personal e-mail confirmation of our request immediately. We were treated with sheer professionalism from the moment we arrived on the lot. When it came down to negotiating price, within ten minutes of requesting a trade-in value and price to match on another M-B dealer's car, we were given the deal we wanted "in writing". This was not the experience elsewhere. Hagerstown valued our time and accomodated our requirements to a "T".

I went to the dealership to specifically look at a used vehicle on their lot. From the moment I walked in until the moment I purchased that specific vehicle, the dealership was wonderful. Both Barry and Mike were knowlegdeable, kind and friendly. Eventhough I was not purchasing an expensive, shiny new Mercedes they treated as if I was. Barry took the time to explain in detail everything about the car and if he didn't know, he called that dealership to find out. I have not been in for service yet so I can't speak of that yet but I have no doubt that I will be impressed.

Wes was very helpful from the very beginning three days ago. He responded to our first request by way of the 'Net within 10 minutes. He gave us excellent information about the car and quickly found a certified pre-owned car that is in all respects similar to a brand new vehicle. When we traveled to Hagerstown today Wes honored every detail that he had previously promised - no whiff of "bait-and-switch" nor convenient vagueness about earlier promises. He is entirely ethical, and also a very engaging gentleman who made the whole day into a truly enjoyable and memorable experience.
