I would just like to say that working with Mike was a...

I would just like to say that working with Mike was a complete pleasure. Mike never pushed the sale like most sales persons. I told him what I was looking for and he happened to have one very close to what I wanted in stock. There were a few things that the car in stock did not have on it but Mike never tried to push me into buying that particular car, this was a deciding factor in the end when I did purchase the car. Mike actually sold my wife on the Mercedes brand by his great knowledge on the safety aspects of your vehicles,(THANK GOD)the Mercedes looks so much better in my garage than the Kia she was set on buying. One last thing that helped the sale of this car is your service department and the way it is run, my wife can't say enough about the staff and how well she was treated when she had service done on our first Mercedes which by the way was purchased at your dealership. Thanks again for a wonderful buying experience.

Hagerstown Mercedes-An Excellent Experience! After much research, my wife convinced me to take a look at a 2010 Mercedes SLK300 she found at Mercedes-Benz of Hagerstown. We arrived and were greeted by Wes Whetstone, who showed us the car. It was nearly flawless, single owner, and had less than 6K miles. Wes threw us the keys and we were off. I was pleasantly surprised by how smooth, precise, and powerful the little car was! My wife was smitten. After a bit of negotiation, Wes not only gave us the exact deal (price and trade-in) that we wanted, but also found great financing for the vehicle. We came back for delivery and Wes treated us with a grand tour of the car's features and controls in the pristine "launch garage." Soon we were off into the sunset. We give Wes and Mercedes of Hagerstown an A+ in sales, service, and quality. Now I've got to find a Benz for me!!

Detail Service

I took advantage of your detail service promotion. The Mercury that i purchased there back in February looks like the day I picked it up. The detail artist did a great job. It has always been a wonderful experience going to your dealership. You are an example of the creed: Every job is a self portrait of the person that did it, sign your work with excellence.

Pros: Great dealership with friendly staff. Wes has been a great salesman to work with. I look forward to conducting business with him again. Cons: During a previous car purchase there, I had difficulty getting a callback from Austin in the Finance Department regarding very basic information. He had not returned my message for at least 2 weeks.

Have been a customer for 25 years. Marty Gillions heads an outstanding service department.His entire team is professional,courteous and friendly.Service was completed ahead of time.Adam is a first class service adviser.I would never think of going anywhere else.

when I walked into the dealership, my mind was already...

when I walked into the dealership, my mind was already made up to buy another brand. We are good friends with the sales manager's father, so we went in. I was not interested in a test drive I just wanted to get in and out. Mr. Buchanan got me in a ML and Wes did the test drive with me. Long story short, I bought the ML two days later because the color I wanted was on the way! Thanks guys, Tanja J Burton
