I purchased my preowned Mercedes-Benz 10,000 miles ago, so this was my first maintenance/repair experience with the Hagerstown dealership. It was a blessing for the staff person to come pick up my vehicle and leave a loaner for me to drive. As it turned out I needed that loaner for three days. The e-mail I received of all the inspection areas completed really amazed me. In the process they found a problem and had to order a part, which is why it was three days. The total cost was very reasonable. As I shared this with my sister, she is so jealous of this home pickup/delivery service and would be buying one if she could afford it at the present. After much research, my wife convinced me to take a look at a 2010 Mercedes SLK300 she found at Mercedes-Benz of Hagerstown. We arrived and were greeted by Wes Whetstone, who showed us the car. It was nearly flawless, single owner, and had less than 6K miles. Wes threw us the keys and we were off. I was pleasantly surprised by how smooth, precise, and powerful the little car was! My wife was smitten. After a bit of negotiation, Wes not only gave us the exact deal (price and trade-in) that we wanted, but also found great financing for the vehicle. We came back for delivery and Wes treated us with a grand tour of the car's features and controls in the pristine "launch garage." Soon we were off into the sunset. We give Wes and Mercedes of Hagerstown an A+ in sales, service, and quality. Now I've got to find a Benz for me!!

The Car was cleaned and waxed and in perfect condition for our inspection and test drive. Barry London was very personable and well informed about the car and its history. The purchase process went very smoothly with a good price and excellent loan terms. We came from Fauquier County Virgina and the staff stayed after working hours to ensure a smooth completed purchase. This allowed us to drive the vehicle home without having to return for further paper work or final cleaning. The used car warranty of two months and 2,000 miles is double what I am used to, that is a nice extra. All in all it was a very pleasant experience. We love the car. We would recommend Barry and the dealership to any one looking for a very nice used car.
