My experience at MB of Hagerstown was great. Barry London was very knowledgeable and completely worked around my schedule and kept me apprised when the cars I was interested in arrived. He spent a lot of time going through all the options in the car so I was very familiar with it when I drove off the lot. This is my third purchase from them and there is a reason I keep coming back. The service department is also stellar.

New CAR lease

Great Experience
I just picked up an E350 from this Hagerstown dealership yesterday. The buying experience is just what buying a car should be all about. I live 174 miles away from the dealership,so all my "looking" was done on line. A lot of Dealers have a hard time not dealing face to face in every phase of the deal. They did not. Got me the information I requested in a timely manner vis email. Even got me trade values via email. WE agreed to the deal via phone and drove over and picked up the new car. Paper work was done in 15 mins.

One of the best experiences I have had. Upon arrival we reviewed what the car needed and suggested other services. They then ran diagnostics on the car and recommend additional items needing attention. Everyone was friendly and they kept me informed. Services were completed ahead of time and I was on my way to an enjoyable afternoon.

Car repair
Originally came in for an oil change and I was able to watch them do it on the monitor in the waiting room which was very surprising because you don't see that in alot of car places. They informed me that my tires needed to be replaced and they didn't just tell me that but they took me back in the repair area so i could see for myself which i thought was great especially me being a female usually car places take advantage of females so that made me feel really special so kudos to the service repair guys!!!
