THIS WAS THE BEST BUYING A CAR EXPERIENCE THAT I HAVE EVER HAD. THEY GAVE ME A GREAT PRICE FOR THE CAR I PURCHSED. THE SALE PERSON STEPHEN WAS VERY NICE THROUGH THE WHOLE DEAL. THE CAR DEALERSHIP WAS A SIX HOUR DRIVE FOR ME BUT THE EXPERIENCE THAT I RECEIVED IN BUYING THE CAR MADE THE TRIP WELL WORTH IT.

I appreciated the laid back approach to the pruchase of this vehilce. This approach was quite a change from the high pressure tactics that I have experienced in the Alexandria area. I would certainly recommend driving the extra distance to experience this approach to buying your Mercedes. The respect and patience Barry displayed in our dealings was appreciated and refreshing.

Fog light needed replaced. Took a chance by driving into the service lane without an appointment. Problem was identified and the car, ML350, was taken to the garage area and fixed within 30 minutes. Alex and the guys were great as usual!

It is liking buying a used car from Costco. Simple, straight forward, upfront best price. No hazzle and no pressure. Tried 2 SUVS. Selected ML350 and it is awesome. Mike Lavrenchik is fabulous. Mr. Buchanan sales manager and everyone else is courteous and great. The fact is I went there with my entire family and got the car and financing done under two hours. You cannot beat that. Anyone looking for a Mercedes or any other high end vehicle, MB of Hagerstown is the great dealership to go.

Doesn't get any better than this. They took my car when promised and kept me informed as I waited. You can watch the progress on your car from a monitor in the waiting room whcih was comfortable and clean. Work was completed as promised and according to the estimate. No hidden "johnson rods" needed repaired. MB should be very proud of the Hagerstown franchise.

The service administrator was very polite and helful. The wait was less than an hour. The service area is comfortable, well lite, and customer friendly.
