Unacceptable Service

My vehicle was towed to the dealership for service and that went as planned. However when the work was completed and i went to pick up my vehicle i noticed that the interior of the vehicle being made of cloth had a lot of grease stains all over and on the visor as well. This was extremely unacceptable as this was the second time this incident had occured. The first time i thought it was an honest accident and i was told it would not happen again. They offered to detailed my vehicle free of charge for this incident and i agreed. The second time it occured i was irritated as this happen again after i was told this would not happen again. Again, a free of charge detailing happen which i'm happy they provided this service. What i'm not happy about is that when i went to pick up my vehicle, my husband noticed that there was a scratch on one of the sideview mirrors. Which, i have to say is unacceptable on the part of a Mercedes Dealership. I travel out of my way to come to this specific dealership for service because they provide excellent service. But, this mirror incident has yet to be resolved with an acceptable out come. I hope something is resolved as soon as possible.

Wes has outstanding experience in customer service, he really did ensure that everything was as promised when we arrived at the dealership and followed up after the purchase. Highly recommended.

Service

The staff at this dealership is wonderful. My family has owned 3 Mercedes and dealt with different dealerships for different reasons. Where do I begin. Adam was great he explained what was happening from beginning to end. Kristin who I initially spoke to on the phone took her time, listened to my concerns. Great job all around.

Salesperson was polite and helpful. I was not ready to buy vehicle on the first evening that I stopped, and Steve was not overly persistent but remained helpful. Steve emailed me information regarding another vehicle i was considering at another dealership for comparative purposes. The dealership was professional and very customer service oriented.

Barry London is great. His great service and attention to...

Barry London is great. His great service and attention to details is what brought me back to this dealership after my wife purchased her Mercedes from him. Customer service is extremely important to me, and I can honestly say that Hagerstown Mercedes Benz beats all the rest. I traded in a 2011 Camaro for a CLK 350, and I know it has only been 3 days but I know I have made the right choice. I would highly recommend this dealership, and would also recommend you ask for Barry while there.

Service Review

My recent service appointment was set up online which was very easy and convenient. I received a prompt response and confirmation of appointment date. A loaner was made available. The confirmation of approval of work was also done on-line. The report of what was included in the service was helpful.
