I travel extensively and it is left to my wife to take our cars to be serviced. Alex and/or Adam go above and beyond to ensure the experience is straight forward and comfortable for my wife. The necessary services are completed in a timely manner and if not - the use of the loaner vehicle is well appreciated.

I had a 2006 Lexus RX400H that I wanted to trade for a new car. Had driven Lexus cars since 1988. I went to Mercedes of Hagerstown to investigate options other than Lexus. I met Mr. Andre Taylor who spent quite some time with me discussing the ML350, both pre-owned and new. I was so impressed with his knowledge and with what I saw in the ML350 that I brought my wife back to meet him. At that time we drove a new ML350 and loved it. We discussed a preowned 2010 and a new 2011. My wife was very impressed and Mr. Taylor helped us find a new ML350 that was just what we wanted. They offered us considerably more on the RX 400H than Lexus was willing to offer, and gave us a great price on the new ML350. Throughout the experience Mr. Taylor was incredibly friendly, forthright and non-pressuring. The paper work took only minutes and was very well explained by Justin, the GM. We drove home a new ML350 and love it. Living in West Virginia, we can now go to Hagerstown for service rather than all the way to Rockville, Maryland. I can state unequivocally that this was the best car searching and buying experience I have ever had.

I've had the pleasure of working with Mr. Gillions for over 20 years dealing with several vehicles that I purchased from Mercedes Benz of Hagerstown. Marty helped me to decide on purchasing replacement cars as well as providing excellent service advise for all my cars. As far as I'm concerned the man walks on water! Men dont come more honest, hard working and easy to work with than Marty.
