go figure id find a luxury used car other than a mercedes at a mercedes benz store. I was treated like i was flying first class. the sales rep was professional, personable and straight up with me. The financemanager closing the deal was the same. they took out all the angst and guess work.

Richard worked very hard to suit my needs. He went above and beyond the call of duty to meet with my wife and explain every detail regarding the vehicle and answered every question (which were numerous). He's a true professional and while he was often pulled away to handle other customers he always apologized for his absence.
