Overall terrific environment. Found all of their employees to be knowledgeable and friendly which is very important, but they all were very good at what they do and put you at ease. Before you buy you next vehicle, I would encourage you to stop in and give them an opportuinity.

This was our first service on our BMW 525i and it was fine for the most part, however, they had the car an hour longer than anticipated which was my one complaint. Had I known I would have ask for a free loaner which was part of the coupon I used for the oil change. Other than that I was treated well.

I am moving across the country and hope I find a dealership half as good! I called to get my car serviced before the trip and they fit me in that day. Everyone is super helpful and the place is well maintained and extremely clean. You can't go wrong with this dealership.

I recently purchased another car from MB of Hagerstown. As always, the service was great and so were the people. I dealt with Barry primarily on the sale. Good, nice salesman. He kept in touch with me in a friendly and informative manner about the vehicle I was looking to and ultimately purchased. I also dealt with Mike in Barry's absence. Mike couldn't have been more helpful. Lastly--I also dealt with Rob and Austin in the finance department. Both were very helpful. I have know Austin for a long time--class act. The entire experience was first class--as always.

They guys in financing worked extra hard to get me a great rate. We have worked with Mike before and consider him more than our go-to guy for car buying, he has become a friend. This is the 2nd vehicle I have purchased from Mike. He is very personable and goes out of his way to make you feel comfortable. The service I have received is 2nd to none, exceptional. Mike is very customer service oriented and has always followed up on questions/concerns/issues we may have had. The rating for quality of work could have been higher if my vehicle was cleaned up better for delivery. All the staff at this dealership are very friendly and courteous. I have always had a pleasant experience visiting this dealership and have never felt pressured, which is important to me. As far as price, I feel that I could have been given more for my trade as I bought the vehicle from here and it was in as good or better shape now. Other than that, I will continue to purchase vehicles from here as long as the customer service remains exceptional.

The experience was made very simple once a car was selected. I think the sales person should have shown us ALL of the available cars in our description. He never opened the other four SUV's or offered us to see the insides.
