R500 Service Needed

Our R500 required service while we were a long way from home. We called Hagerstown Mercedes from the road and spoke with Adam in the service department. He was ready for us when we arrived and took the car right in. They diagnosed the problem and then when they didn't have the part in, found us other dealers that did. Because of logistics, we decided to have Hagerstown Mercedes get the part and install it for us. They were professional and very aware of our timeline and made us comfortable while we waited. We were very impressed with Adam and the service we received.

There isn't a better service department anywhere!

I've never been more amazed with regard to the service provided by Mercedes Benz of Hagerstown service department - from the pick-up and delivery of my vehicle (to and from my place of work - over 60 miles away) to the fact that all my questions/requests are always addressed, to the condition in which my car is returned to me. My friends/co-workers are amazed as to the service provided - enough to consider buying a MB themselves.

"Top Hat" Experience

Needed to have an emergency repair to the soft top on my SL500 so I could enjoy the beautiful weather with my top down. As usual, I was able to get an appointment ASAP. And, as usual, the service was outstanding! Marty Gillions has to be one of the finest service manager in the auto industry!

Consistent Quality Service

On every visit to Mercedes Benz of Hagerstown, I have been very pleased with my treatment, as well as the treatment of my car. One person in particular, Alex Folz (Service Advisor) has always gone out of his way to make it so.

Great Buying Experience

After being unable to satisfactorily find a new SLK in Pennsylvania, we did an internet search and, luckily for us, we found Mercedes of Hagerstown and Wes Whetstone. Wes made the whole process enjoyable and we got the perfect car at a great price. Everyone at the dealership was friendly and helpful. We are looking forward to a long relationship with our new friends in Maryland and we will spread the word in central PA.

Great Buying Experience

After shopping unsuccessfully in Pennsylvania for a new SLK, we turned to an internet search and, luckily for us, found MB of Hagerstown and Wes Whetstone. It has been such a positive experience. We got the perfect car at a great price. Everyone that we have met at the dealership has been wonderful. We definitely have a new "friend" in Maryland.

OUTSTANDING SERVICE DEPT

Had my wife's R350 Service there and the Professionalism and the attention the service personnel gives you are TOP NOTCH. Feels good to walk in a service shop and you are referred to by your name and not just Sir or Mam, they take great pride in their work and customer relations. After the service they are more than welcome to talk with you about the service or any service related issues and they explain in terms that you will understand.Marty you and your team there are great and I will recommend anyone to this dealership whether for Service or Purchase. The Sales team Barry London outstanding person and very knowledgeable on the vehicles. He will work with you and not like some dealership be pushy and give you the rush feeling. Not only is Barry available during the sales but you can call him anytime after the sales for any questions or comments. Hagerstown MB keep up the good work.

Warm and fuzzy

The quality of service was excellent. Over the phone the service manager informed us of how to manually override a parking brake malfunction so that we could drive our vehicle to the dealership for service rather than have it towed. They further realized that the problem was likely a broken switch

Mike was very helpful with my car selection. Based on...

Mike was very helpful with my car selection. Based on the price I could afford, he showed me what was available to me. He realized that I needed more cargo space then a sedan would allow me and led me toward the ML350. Mike never pushed the sale but rather informed me of the benefits of the car, took me for a test drive and let me decide if I wanted to purchase the vehicle. I left the dealership in my new car feeling unstressed and pleased with my purchase. The finance person quickly got me through the paperwork so I could get out and enjoy my day.

Outstanding Service

Brought in my 10yo C230...treated Like I had just bought a 2011. Outstanding professionalism and quality of service. Alex Folz was outstanding, made sure both car and customer were totally happy.
