It was a real pleasure working with Barry London. He was knowledgeable about the car we bought. He showed patience ,expertise and there was no pressure which really clinched the sale.We saw the car Thursday and drove it home on Saturday. We are very satisfied customers and even recommended a car to our son in law.

I will start by saying I am not your typical MB buyer and from the first phone contact to the final sale I was treated with respect I couldn't get at a chevy dealer. The whole experience made it a pleasure to buy the car. The aftercare has been top notch also.

Mike did a wonderful job describing the features and benefits of the car! He was patient with answering our questions and took his time with us and we did not fell that we was being rushed through. It was a busy day but he took the time to make us feel special. Thanks to the whole staff at your dealership the buying experience was a pleasant one! i was unhappy they asked me if i wanted the transmission flushed . i said no and they did it anyway. they removed it from bill only after i noted it. they should not have asked since the records they had showed the transmission had been flushed at 60000 miles. i assumed they tracked the service.

The customer service was terrific. It was personable and low pressure. Mike and Barry (who filled in while Mike was on vacation) took their time and were willing to show me all the features of my vehicle. I loved my experience with Mercedes Benz of Hagerstown. Everything was flawless, from dropping off my vehicle, to getting a beautiful loaner (which I enjoyed driving immensely) to fast service, to friendly service personnel, to picking up my vehicle, to getting a delicious cookie at the end! Adam was very helpful in evaluating a used Mercedes that I purchased from a non Mercedes dealer. He quickly arranged a service visit, evaluated the one problem that I knew the car had (steering rack problem) and also provided suggestions for a few other items that he felt should be corrected. I was provided with very good communications (both email and phone), honest evaluations of problems, and quality work for the repairs. All work was done on time and at the price quoted.
