I was quite happy with my recent service experience. When I called to set up the appointment, the "scheduler" was knowledgeable, and friendly. When I came in, Adam was efficient and pleasant.

Wes was very professional, returned all calls promptly...

Wes was very professional, returned all calls promptly and had most paperwork completed before we got there so our wait was minimal. The only complaint would be the "you need to let us know before the end of the month to get this deal" pressure sale. I dont think this dealership needs to resort to that. the product sells itself and I tend to take longer in my decision because of the time limit.

Thank you for your kind review. I will apologize for the "end of month" pressure you felt but unfortunately Mercedes-Benz, as well as most manufacturers, change their incentive programs every month. As a dealership we are only able to offer what is currently available from them with regards to special incentives or interest rates. I dislike feeling pressured as well and it is our goal to simply provide as much information to customers to assist them in making a comfortable decision. Andre Taylor is a very efficient and informative salesperson. He was very helpful in arriving at a price that we could agree with. The Mercedes E class That we purchased is everything I wanted in a car. Andre was very thorough in explaining the many features even after we had committed to the sale. He took the extra time to ensure that we knew our vehicle by explaination of each system of the car. It was a good car buying experience and I feel that I will always own a Mercedes and will look up Andre and Hagerstown Mercedes for that purchase.

I was impressed at how quicly they got me in and out when...

I was impressed at how quicly they got me in and out when it was time to sign all the papers. I've been to dealerships where that process has taken hours, and it makes me very anxious because I'm missing work to be there. Mike got me in and out the door with the new car within 20 minutes, had the car waiting with the AC all the way up, since it was 100 degrees outside.

Just have to say i buy a lot of used cars, been to a lot of dealers, and yes they are the best. I worked with Barry London, Great guy easy to deal with. He even sent me a video of the car i was going to look at, so theire was no guessing on what i was going to see. I will be back again. Thanks again guys!!

My experience with both Richard and Austin was very good....

My experience with both Richard and Austin was very good. Overall experience with Mercedes-Benz of Hagerstown was a great experience for my wife and I. In the past 10 years (I believe it was 10 years), we always had very good care from your dealership and will keep coming back. The quality of the Mercedes-Benz goes without saying. Our last car (S320) was 13 years old with over 170K miles. Although I was not initially happy with the trade-in price, the car itself served us very well. We look forward to enjoying the E320 diesel. We've only had the car since Monday (May 30th) and my wife has already stated how she loves it. The clearity of the hands free phone is outstanding. The Blue Tec Diesel is everything we thought it would be and more with power to spare.

Andre was very knowledgeable about the S and SL Class...

Andre was very knowledgeable about the S and SL Class vehicles we reviewed. He spent several hours with us, first going over a 2011 S550 and all of its features and available options in detail. He explained multiple buying options and fully answered every question both my wife and I raised. On the way out, we spotted a 2007 SL550 in superb condition with only 17,000 miles; Andre explained everything on this car too.

Service personnel were professional, courteous and...

Service personnel were professional, courteous and everything went well. That's what I expected and I was not dissapointed. Compared to other dealerships and their customer service personnel that I have dealt with in the past, MB of H'town are truly exceptional.

It was very convenient to have my car picked up. I had...

It was very convenient to have my car picked up. I had some work being done on a batheroom, on my back porch and in my back yard. I was unable to leave at this time. Everything was ok, except that my car was returned 'empty' and on reserve. I almost was afraid to drive to the gas station for fear of running out of gas. I guess times are tough for Mercedes.

A/C was not working. Took my C280 in to get it checked...

A/C was not working. Took my C280 in to get it checked out. It was determined that the condenser needed to be replaced. Alex Folz worked very hard to get all the necessary replacement parts and the repairs done in a timely manner. Car was done ahead of schedule.
