Great Customer Service

Great overall experience. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking to make a purchase. Our salesman Bryan Edward treated us like family. I would like to give a big thanks to the entire staff.

Nice place

salesman was nice and knowledgeable Like the car. Would have really like it if I could have gotten more on my trade ins but overall happy with the deal.

excellent customer service

I bought a 2005 Cadillac CTS from Jeff Shmitt Cadillac, i worked With Malcolm Worth he gave me the best customer service. Malcolm always had everything worked out right then and there, he had everything done on time for faster process. this was the best customer service i ever had due to previous bad experience at the jeff shcmitt chevorlet south. I was completely satisfied with everything there working with Malcolm Worth, and he still checks on me and the car i purchased periodically.

Mixed Emotions

We agreed on the price and financing. But when I politely declined at puchasing what I felt were unnecessary add-ons, salesman Bryan Edwards' tone of voice became aggressive and confrontational. This badgering continued for several minutes. I felt like he was trying to intimidate me. When he left the room, my adult daughter remarked that she was suprised that I had not walked out of the dealership. Salesman Eric Lower came in shortly thereafter, sold me one of the add-ons at a reduced price and saved the deal. The last two cars I puchased were a BMW (2012) and a Lexus (2010). With the exception of this very unfortunate experience with one of the sale team, the overall experience at Jeff Schmitt Cadillac was at least comparable to the personal service I have experienced at other luxury car dealerships; a beautiful showroom, personal attention to detail and a warm welcome from Jeff, the sales manager. Wish I could have given them a 5; Eric and Jeff certainly earned it.

Blaine was well informed, personable and easy to work...

Blaine was well informed, personable and easy to work with. Our intention was to shop around for a high end vehicle. Blaine sold us on the SRX on our first visit. Jackie obtained a excellent low interest rate (less than 3%), but she seemed unfamiliar with the computer systems necessary to obtain the loan. We spent an excessive amount of time waiting on financing.

Great Car Buying Experience

This was honestly the best experience with a car purchase I've ever had. Malcolm Worth (the Sales Consultant I worked with) really listened to what I wanted in a car and matched me to the perfect vehicle. He was truly interested in what I needed and wanted, with absolutely no pressure to make a hasty decision. Jeff Schmitt Auto Group really does have about 2,000 cars to choose from, and this Sales Consultant will definitely match you up to what you are looking for. I have already told all of my friends and co-workers about this experience and highly recommend that you talk to Malcolm no matter what kind of car you are looking for, new or used. He will truly listen to you and keep working until YOU are a satisfied, happy customer. After all, this isn't something we do everyday, and he truly understands that. The whole team, from finance to the repair department are very knowledgeable and understanding of the customer's point of view and explain all options in as much detail as you need to make an informed decision.
