One of the main reasons we keep coming back to Germain for service is they do an overall great job and don’t try to sell us services we don’t need. The new Technician camera report is super, I get to see what the tech is seeing or found on my car. This feature can build trust with the customer. So many businesses these days try to oversell you and down right lie about they find. Keep up the great service. We will be back.

Joshua did a great job of installing my performance tune. He helped me download it from Ford and had it running quickly with zero issues. Very helpful and friendly.

Jaydee was a great salesman to work with and gave us a great deal on our new truck. This is the second vehicle we have purchased from Germain and Jaydee and would buy another if needed.

Had 2 recalls on my 2025 Explorer and was pleasantly surprised by a phone call from Germans service department, they were send their mobile repair technician to my house to fix both recalls! Technician was super friendly and explained what he was doing to take care of the recalls, and before long it was all done! I really appreciated that I didn’t have to go to the dealership to get this done!

How can I give a review when you don’t have the part to complete the work???

Had a recall on my truck .. was told it might take up to 3 hours … I was checked in very quickly and was told they would keep me updated.. 40 minutes later my vehicle was completely done… cleaned and I was on my way !! Treated very well..

I been taking my cars there for years ,they usually get you in and out on time . People seem very knowledgeable and keep you up to date .

From beginning to end, Zach and the team at Germain Ford made my car buying experience very enjoyable. Never pushy and super knowledgeable! Chase in the financing department also did an outstanding job. Highly recommend!
