    I've purchased three vehicles from Germain Ford. Two Escapes and a F150. I plan on buying a fourth when I'm ready. Rex Osborne is a great Salesman and Dean and Rod in Service always take care of me. Always go back to Germain first for service and sales before anyone else!

    I wanted to get a bigger truck, than I currently own, also wanted to buy a ford because I have owned most of the other makes, my buddy had just bought one and said he got a good deal. Was a little hesitant about going to Germain because I had had a less than pleasant experience with Germaine Lexus a few years ago. My interest was answered by email from a Chris Andreas, I stopped in to talk to him and I am so glad I did, from the start he said he wanted my experience to be pleasurable and uneventful, and believe me he delivered, didn't have the color I wanted in stock so he didn't hesitate in getting it from another dealership, Chris made My experience outstanding, I love the truck it's a 2016 Ford XLT. Rick Germaine you should feel very proud and fortunate to have a salesman of Chris's caliber representing your company!

    I was purchasing a Jeep through germain ford. I had my granddaughter looking because I have ocular paralyzation therefore she woul be driving me around until I'm healed. Long story short the financing was being taken care of and on the day I went to pick up the jeep they informed me that they let someone else put a deposit on it. Even the salesman was apauled. Just bad business.

It is very important that our customers are always treated with the best customer service in the industry. When the original inquiry about the Jeep in our used car department occurred, it was available. However, without a deposit we are unable to hold the car. With limited availability in our preowned department, multiple customers are often interested in the same vehicle. In this situation we had another customer come and see the vehicle after your visit. Our policy is to give the customer in the vehicle the first right of refusal as we feel it is the fairest option. We would love the opportunity to find a similar vehicle for you and your granddaughter, as we know you have invested a lot of your time and we appreciate that.     I have been looking for a Ford Edge for about a year in Central Ohio. I talked to Kris and told him what I was looking for. Within 2 weeks I had my Edge. The people that cleaned and detailed the car did an excellent job. The buying experience was excellent. Kris and John did a great job. They are an asset to Germain Ford. I would recommend Germain to anyone looking for a new or used car.

    We have a rather funny story to go along with our experience (created by us), so this began and continued most of the way with laughter. We didn't need to be "sold". We knew just what we wanted. Mike C. was fun to work with, as was everyone. Most of our experience was upbeat and humorous. (The girl who did the delivery was pleasant, but a bit on the "stiff" side.) We ordered a couple of items and recently found a couple things that need fixed. (The car has only been driven 3 times since it was purchased.) We'll see how well service does their job and how our warranties are honored. Based on all that we were told, we don't expect to get any hassle with these. It took quite a while to complete this transaction. That would be our only real "negative". We were at the dealership for over 4 hours.

    I purchased a used vehicle. After a couple days I noticed it had a few problems. Wiper blades were broke, drivers side windshield molding was coming off, the drivers side window wouldn't close properly because of molding and the vehicle needed an alignment. **Additionally the transmission slips at 70MPH+.** The dealership has not responded to these issues. I would recommend a different dealership for used vehicle sales based on poor follow up. **Update. I was contacted by the dealership and my vehicle is currently being looked at. My biggest concern remains the transmission. It slips at 70mph+. This would have been difficult for the dealership or myslef to spot during a test drive. I hope with this being a "new" vehicle to me, we can come to a resolution. I will update this post upon completion of whatever action is taken. I'm hopeful the vehicle will be totally fixed.

    My wife's car broke down and Dean at the service desk was fantastic!! He was able to get the car in and repaired within 24 hours. Every time I visit this dealership whether it is for service or to purchase a vehicle, they ALWAYS make me feel appreciated! With service like theirs why would you go anywhere else?

    Flew in from Chicago, was picked up by the dealership promptly. The vehicle was in the great condition as advertised. Informed Kris Crawford, I did not want to be sold on any additional warranties........ The transaction took about an hour and drove the vehicle home to Chicago within an hour and forty five minutes upon my arrival. Kris was great to deal with

    I had been shopping around for a new vehicle for about 2 months before just stopping in to wander the lot full of cars. Chris Andreas was out on the lot and was helpful educating me on the different vehicles, models and options...and the fast way to ID the model I was interested in. I was looking at the EDGE, and wanted the sport version,...and he was able to help me out!...It's the "black-out grill" that is the mark of the Sport Edge! LOL! Since I was there at the end of the day, I set up a test drive with Chris for the Weekend. It was great! Nice long drive in traffic and the highway....and then we switched seats and he demonstrated the different "parking" and "safety" assist functions...It was a no-brainer for me. Chris was on-top of the process, got the paperwork started and this was a fast transaction. Smooth and really easy. Easy to contact and keep in touch with Chris... very friendly, professional, and honest. When I asked questions that he didn't have answers for, he got the people that did...and fast. Namely, Brian Driver in the parts and accessories area was definitely a big help. I was replacing a VW diesel that was part of the buyback program, and had tried many cars and trucks and different makes...I was very close to purchasing a GM crossover from a neighboring dealership...and for some odd reason, never thought to try Ford, The biggest selling points were the great people in the showroom (Chris and Brian), the awesome car, competitive price, solid feel of the vehicle, lots of "technology, engineering and toys"....and this car was built in the USA, not China. I like having a home built, high quality car....And it is AWD and loads of power from the twin turbocharged V6....great in the snow and rain...and my 80 year old mom was able to get in and out without being boosted or pulled up and in...and she felt safe and comfortable....That's a HUGE win for me ...all around! Thanks again to Chris and Brian...I stumbled in on a fluke and left very happy!...Also wanted to give kudos to the personal familiarization with the features of the car before leaving the showroom. The young lady that helped me with the technology and toys in the car...and the touch screen dash...everything was wonderful...I am so sorry I don't recall her name, she was very helpful. Big plusses all around! Gary Penn

    The attention and treatment I received from the dealership was great. ......Definitely a first class dealership. More importantly, the employee who helped me from start to finish was Kris Crawford. He was great to work with. Was honest and worked hard to meet my needs. He followed up and has always been willing and ready to answer any of my questions or inquiries. He is friendly, professional and responsive. All in all, it has been a great experience.
