Easiest Car Purchase

My saleperson David was awesome. It didn't take much effort for me to be sold. Cars looked great. Finance process was quick. Car was detailed and tank full of gas when I picked it up.

Honest, Knowledgeable, and a Great Price!

I generally seek competitive bids from dealers when I purchase or lease a car. I recently leased a 2017 A4 from Paul Miller and the experience exceeded my expectations. My salesman, Don Cherry, was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle and kept in contact throughout the process, without overdoing it. It was a low pressure experience, the dealership itself is pleasant and I believe I got a great price (research this to find out what others are paying for the car you are interested in. You don't want an "average" deal. You want a great deal!). Shop around but make sure Paul Miller (and Don Cherry) are on your short list.

Great experience!

I am so very pleased with all aspects and staff of the Paul Miller Audi dealership. The salespeople, mechanics, cashiers, and especially the general manager are courteous, professional and extremely knowledgeable. I had an exceptional experience with service advisor, Mike Esposito. He handled my service call and I couldn't have asked for a nicer guy. Mike explained my car's issues in detail and in terms I could understand. He went out of his way getting information to me on more than one occasion and I'm very grateful.

Honest Dealership and perfect sales experience

This is the 4th Audi I have purchased from Paul Miller. Make no mistake. Every sale must be individually shopped for price but this was the best price and the best sales experience. New cars are a commodity and car dealerships should compete for your business. PM is highly competitive on price and top notch on service. Don Cherry is a true sales pro. I highly recommend these guys.

buy pre-owned Audi

Overall process is good. But 1st sales person was not that good. At 1st visit, he showed me a car that was not I asked. After testing drive, I asked to do another testing drive for the car I was looking for. He replied me that I had to agree the price on sticker otherwise I could not drive it. I left without testing drive. Later on he called me and I asked the car later on I bought, that we I talked about the price I liked to pay, he hanged me up. Late on, I went to dealer again, this time I asked to another sales person and had a good experience. Finally bought the 2016 pre-owned A6.
