Recently purchased my third Audi in 3 years from Paul Miller Audi for my family. Have had the good fortune to deal with Pam Zabitz in Sales from the beginning. She is honest, no nonsense, listens to my needs, respectful of my time and gets me the best deal. Honesty, a Great Characteristic
We were treated with dignity, respect, and were given excellent service by all especially John Regan, our sales rep. Most importantly, we appreciated the honesty of the dealership -- they shared prior to our picking up the car that the previous owner had bought Audi Care for our car. They did not have to reveal this information; the fact that they did confirmed that Paul Miller Audi is the dealership we will utilize going forward.

My NEW A3
I've returned to Paul Miller ( Audi ) & more significantly Peter Wiendel ( perhaps your best salesman) after a 6 year hiatus, leased 2 VW CCs. Prior to the break my family has bought 12 cars at PMPeter makes buying a new car a pleasure. I know EVERYTHING will go as planned, no surprises, no issues. I would recommend Peter and Paul Miller without ANY reservation. There are closer dealers to my home but Paul Miller & Peter aee worth the extra drive time.

They Go the Extra Mile
I find that everyone I encounter on the PM Audi Service Team is pleasant, knowledgeable, caring and competent. They understand the meaning of service. They take the time to ensure they communicate clearly and understand fully what I am communicating. I like to keep my TT Roadster in tip-top shape and from booking the service appointment, to working with the Service Advisor, they are on top of what my car needs, are very patient, give the extra effort in looking up my service records and understanding what I want and any concerns I may have that require troubleshooting on the part of the technician. They are also very good at explaining what the problems and solutions are. They make me feel like part of the Paul Miller Audi family. Everyone I have dealt with is pleasant and personable from the appointment booker, the car valets, the Service Advisor, the loaner car person, the (technicians -which I have spoken with on occasion in the troubleshooting endeavor) and the cashiers.
