Excellent service department, clean and friendly, my service advisor Luis always keeps me informed with accurate information. The service department is one of the main reasons I purchased 2 vehicles from this dealership.

Overall the experience was excellent. My only feedback is that after they washed the car the front and rear windows were streaked especially when viewing out with the sun on them. Apparently when they dried the windows they must have used a damp towel that didn't dry them properly. I had to clean them down when I got home.

During this pandemic everything is so much harder but not at this dealer. They are Exstreamly professional. The car was serviced on time and returned washed and Cleaned inside. I have always been satisfied with the professionalism they go about Doing their job.

To preface I have been driving Audi's for 20 years.. this is my first time visiting Paul Miller Audi for sales. Having shopped and worked with 4 different dealers for my new 2020 Q3. I knew exactly what I was looking for and my budget. Paul Miller was the 5th, after submitting an online inquiry I was immediately contacted. My salesperson John R was fantastic., very professional, and a straight shooter like myself. He got to work right away looking for my car. If they didn't have it on their lot he was determined to find it which wasn't an easy task in May 2020, as inventory was limited everywhere due to the Pandemic. He persevered through the challenges and found one. The process of getting me on the road was quick and easy. I highly recommend them and him for your next car shopping experience. 20 years and counting!

The service was for a recall on the automatic transmission wiring harness. The work was done quickly and efficiently.
