Every employee at Paul Miller Audi in Parssippany is so nice and they truly take the best care of you. I had to take my car in to have my moonroof looked at because it was leaking, and they fixed it and gave me a loaner to use for the week. They sanitized my car before I got it back to ensure safety and cleanliness during the pandemic. I am very pleased with the experience I have at this dealer every time I go. A Negative Car Purchase Experience
In summary: The Sales Manager just wanted to sell the car with inaccurate numbers. Even after purchasing a vehicle from a luxury car dealership, I could not avoid the stereotypical used car dealership experience. What should have been an exciting day, quickly turned to a stressed and undesirable experience. I would not recommend this dealer to a friend.

I'm happy with the service I received at Paul Miller Audi. But having to replace the turbo at less than 55,000 miles is a bit hard to swallow. Audi needs to make better quality cars with longer lasting parts.

Repair service, 2015 Audi A8L By Paul Miller Audi
Repair was successful with the A8L with 4.0T. This problem did not show any signs until the automobile is running for at least 15 to 20 minutes. Lou did a great job with the diagnostic and repair of the problem. Thank You. I am also a customer of Paul Miller BMW in Wayne, NJ.
