Overall, great job!

Paul Miller Audi does great work. Overall I would give them 4 out of 5 stars. The minor reason I didn't give them 5 out 5 was the lack of empathy. John, my service representative did a great job. The mechanics did a great job. My issue was with the cashier department. I received a text stating that my car was done and that I could pick it up. That day I was over an hour away and called to see what were the hours for the cashier (not the service department). Typically the cashier has a different schedule than the service department. The young lady on the phone said they close at 5:30pm. I then asked a couple more times to ensure that she understood my question regarding picking up my car and paying for the service. She again told me 5:30 is the latest I could pick up the car. So, I fought traffic and left work early so I could be there before 5:30pm. Once arriving around 5:15pm I saw that there were no signs of closing shop, so to speak. Went to the cashier and asked if I made it in time, they said they didn't close till 7pm (or 7:30pm, can't recall exactly). Of course, I was not thrilled as I just left work early, drove the hour to Paul Miller Audi just to be told that I had plenty of time. So I told the young lady at the counter what another young lady had told me about the hours, which I asked a few times and was told over and over 5:30. Another young lady came over and said I spoke to her. Here's where the lack of empathy comes into play. Not once did she apologize or show any remorse for my situation. I've paid over $2,000 for work done (which is not a small fee), felt rushed and not one sign of guilt or compassion from this young lady (did not catch her name). Well, nevertheless, this is why I gave a rating of 4 instead of 5. People need to feel that they are accountable for their actions and not make the customer feel that they are in the wrong. I'll keep coming back to Paul Miller since, as I said, everything else was done well, but this situation is the difference between a perfect score and a B rating.

Excellent service, as always!

Excellent service, as always! In this case, I was just taking my car in for a quick fix, but as with every time I've taken my car in to Paul Miller Audi for service, it was done quickly and well, plus they did a full check to make sure nothing else needed to be done. (They were even able to get me in earlier than my scheduled appointment when my morning plans changed, which was great!) Highly recommended!
