I brought my car there for service and there was a small issue when I was picking it up It ended up being my misunderstanding, but service department manager took care of it regardless Good customer service experience

I just picked up my third Audi from Paul Miller and continue to be impressed with this dealership. The sales force has tremendous knowledge of and experience with the products. Service staff is extremely helpful and transparent.

There service Dept is awful. Check engine light turns into a $2,500 timing chain issue. When you say no thanks, they charge you $165 for the diagnosis and $10 bucks for the gas on the loaner. PM blows. Had the work done locally for $1,500. And the service woman was just rude.

Top notch Audi dealer and service team. Quickly made a same-day appointment, diagnosed issues and provided repair options featuring Audi OEM parts. Had to order parts which took 3 days but was always communicated to about timing. Great experience but at a high price.
