Took way too long to complete.

Not quite like my previous visits to Avis Ford. Main issue is that the whole process took way longer than past visits. Some of it was beyond the control of Avis Ford, some was just unforeseen until that moment. But it was a real test of my patience. My dealer as usual was great, the process not so much.

Service

Overall, in the 16 years that I've been a customer I have had the best experience. Only one thing. The manager of the Quick Lane service center should be either replaced, fired or transfered immediately.
