20,000 Mike check-up

The service was done in the time promised. The cost was covered in my lease agreement. I love the GLK350 and regret that Mercedes has discontinued this model. The waiting area is comfortable and clean. The coffee machine makes great lattes. Thank you!

Excellent knowledge of the product, personable, and follow up following the lease. Salesman felt more like a friend, someone I would continue to use and recommend to others. I ended up with what I felt was a fair deal.

Service was Fast, Courteous, and problem fixed.

Outstanding experience with Giovanni Barbaro

I recently purchased my second Benz from here and did so with Giovanni Barbaro. It has been an absolute pleasure working with Gio who is incredibly knowledgeable and always has the customer's best interest in mind. I would highly recommend Gio and have actually in fact already done so to various friends. I will continue coming back here--and to Gio specifically--for my future vehicles, where I know I don't have to worry about any "gimmicky" sales tactics and where I am confident my best interest is in mind.
