Bought a new 3500 Ram in April 2009, Serviced at Riverhead Dodge. My son recently Visited Riverhead Dodge to look at a new 1500. I have been happy with the service Dept. BUT sad to say I am not very happy with the quality & service the truck itself has given me.

Friendly, knowledgeable staff and excellent service. Never too busy to take a minute to answer questions or provide a detailed explanation and work is always completed on time.

All are great in Customer Service & mean what they say. I've dealt with many new Car Dealerships & their Service Departments & NONE compare. They will only service what is needed & will never try to sell you more like all the others. Your car is finished when they say it will be. One time an unexpected repair came up which they would need my car overnight & they gave me a loaner car until the next day. Riverhead Dodge is the first Dealership I dealt with that I actually trust!!! The are the exception to what car dealerships have become. A great one! John was so helpful to make sure I was comfortable with my decision. There was no hounding me to leave with a car if I was not sure. From my sales man to the service dept. I was extremely happy with the service. Will be returning for my next vehicle!

I was a new customer to this dealer since I had more than a few terrible experiences with my previous dealership. The service writer called me a few times with updates on the work being done to my truck (warranty) and they even arranged a loaner car instead of me getting a rental even tho they didn't have to since my warranty covers rentals. After 2 visits (had to order parts) I am very happy to have found a dealer I can trust and friendly enough to work with. I will be visiting this dealer again next time I need service and the next purchase I make.

The sakes experience was exceptional. The truck was ready as wished. Very friendly staff. The accounting department was organized and helpful to finalize the sale.
