Riverhead Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram

Enjoyed working with Jane, Mike and Sean. They went out of their way to meet our requirements. We opted for the Terrain over the NIssan Rogue and the Subaru Outback. The only recommendation I would have for GMC as a whole is that the corporate website be updated. The Nissan website had a feature where you could do side by side comparison of competitor vehicles. Their site offered the MSRP and pertinent vehicle features. Probably saved a bit of time with the sales associates since I already had the basics outlined.

I've done business with Riverhead Dodge since 1997. They have always treated me well. I purchased two high end Ram 3500 trucks from them. They have a very friendly accommodating staff. As I recently relocated to Florida, it will be hard to find a replacement dealer.

Brought my truck in for an inspection it passed according to Riverhead Dodge.About 4 months later my muffler fell off. Also while my muffler was being repaired they noticed one of my shocks was rotting off the truck. Aren't these things on of the first items to look at for a New York Inspection! They also found about a half dozen other items that should have been noticed by Riverhead Dodge. It is my opinion that they never even did an inspection at all,but charged me for it. Riverhead Dodge has become complety incompetent.

I like the sales staf. Rocky is awesome I'm not thrilled with the service department. I have purchased two trucks over the years one dodge and one ford. I still have them both. Three plus years. Good vehicles no strange problems

we've been happy with the sales and service here for many years, and my parents for a few decades before that. stepping in to Riverhead Dodge is like being at home with family. sales staff nailed our target price with no pressure. service and parts have always been upfront and easy to deal with. we continue to drive 30 min to have our vehicle serviced here.

the dealership was fast, professional, not "pushy", great deal and fair to both. the trade was fair, the new caravan was perfect. " I tried to find a pinky" ring salesman but fortunately they don't have one....

I recently purchased a used Ram 2500 and was very pleased with the way everyone at the dealership was friendly and helpful. The sales personal are not jumping on you the minute you walk on the lot,I like the opportunity to look around first with out being pushed.
