Outstanding service!!! I love Riverhead Dodge!

I had a difficult trade-in situation and John, Joe and TJ went above and beyond to make this deal work. I am so grateful. I've gone to many other places and my deal was thrown under the table and I was told that they couldn't do anything for me. I've bought many cars and this was truly my best buying experience, I will always and only deal with them. they never left me hanging and thinking and when I picked up my car everything went quick and smooth, I was very very happy.

Third Purchase at Riverhead Dodge

I recently purchased a vehicle from Rocky at Riverhead Dodge for the third time, so I've become accustomed to the outstanding and professional customer service from the sales and finance departments. The staff is friendly, courteous and gets your sale done quickly. I always have a pleasant car buying experience at Riverhead Dodge and have, and will continue to recommend them.

Best Car Buying Experience

I worked with almost everyone at this dealership and they were all fantastic. Very straight up and professional. They really want to make you happy and give you a good deal. They are upfront and honest, unlike other dealerships I have dealt with. They even stayed past their closing time to help me when I ran into a problem at signing. I had a wonderful car buying experience here, and I will be sure to recommend this dealership to everyone I know, as well as continue to use them for service on my new car, which I am loving so much!

Great first time buyer experience!

Great experience with Rocky buying our first pre-owned vehicle. Couldn't be nicer or more full service. We visited and test-drove several times and they were patient and pleasant.

Excellent Service

I recently purchased a new vehicle at Riverhead Dodge. It was without a doubt the best experience I have ever had purchasing a new vehicle. The staff was friendly, made us feel comfortable, and went out of their way to make the purchasing processes as pleasant as possible. The worked with me on warranty coverage and financing option. I highly recommend them, and I would definitely purchase another vehicle from them in the future.

No pressure sales staff

This Dealership was definitely my kind of place, Nobody jumping on you as you walk in, just polite salesmen, no loud music, just an honest family dealership. We got exactly what we wanted without pushing us into what was available on the lot. John, T.J., and Rocky are a great team.

2010 Dodge Journey

After getting into a major accident and totaling my Durango, we wanted to buy another Dodge. But, we were not in a financial position to buy another car. Chris did not pressure us at all to buy something we couldn't afford. And he still found a crossover that was within our budget and with low miles, so we knew that what we were putting our monthly payments towards was worth it. A great experience and have shared it with several friends. Would definitely work with him again. And Joe, the finance manager, worked very hard to help us get approved and also offered advice for the future regarding refinancing. We will be returning next year to ask his help in refinancing our vehicle.

Unexpected pleasant experience at a car dealership

I was looking for a particular car and my wife and I just went to look at a Challenger that was in the showroom and Chris Liardi was very pleasant to deal with and we actually leased the car that we just went to look at that day. Chris worked hard on the deal to make it work.
